Abtract: This article covers reviews and focuses the certain aspects of leadership of the president of Egypt Mr. Muhammad Morsi, the member of the most influential organization Ikhwan ul Muslimoon (Muslim Brotherhood), who ran election campaign from the platform of Freedom and Justice Party, and got successful.
Muhammad Morsi the newly elected president of Egypt, previously the president of Freedom and Justice Party since April 30, 2011, participated in the elections from the platform of Freedom and Justice Party and elected as the president of Egypt. He joined the office of president on June 30, 2012. He was a loyal member of the Muslim Brotherhood (Al Ikhwan ul Muslimoon) the biggest and the most influential Islamic movement in the Arab world. He is associated with Muslim Brotherhood since his youth.
Ikhwan ul Muslimoon, the Muslim Brotherhood is the most influential Islamist group in the Arab world, it is perhaps the biggest movement of its kind, the members of Brotherhood are well known for their honesty, loyalty and discipline. Although certain criticism on their movement and way of working they are still growing in numbers and are widely supported by the local population. The movement is based on Quran and Sunnah and mostly the activist of Brotherhood is tend to follow the vision, but in this entire scenario we can not neglect the presence, motivation and leadership of the leaders of Brotherhood without which they might it seemed impossible to reach the destination. Similarly Muhammad Moris worked a lot in order to develop himself, along with the God-gifted skills he got.
Introduction: Muhammad Morsi was born in the village of Edwa in the northern Egypt Al Sharqia Governorate (translated as Eastern Governorate) in August 20, 1951. He got his early education in Edwa [2] which is a small undeveloped area, then for higher education he came to Cairo where he completed his graduation in 1974 and post-graduation degree in 1978 [3] from the Cairo University. He then traveled to United States and got his Ph.D. degree from the University of Southern California in 1982 [4]. He joined California State University as an Assistant Professor in 1982 up to 1985. After 1985 he came back to Egypt and joined Zaqaziq University as a professor [5] where he remained until his presidency.
Leadership of Morsi: Just like the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood Hassan al-Banna, Muhammad Morsi also selected teaching as his profession. [6]. He looks like a typical worker of Muslim Brotherhood and an ordinary man. Though being an ordinary person his character and loyalty for his organization makes him respectable in the eyes of other members of the organization. The charisma in his personality brings a common man of Egypt near the vision of Brotherhood, and this charisma urged them in order to get attached with the personality as well.
Verbal and Nonverbal Communication Skills: Muhammad Morsi has dynamic communication skills, verbal and nonverbal both. This can be seen from his interview which was taken by Al Jazeera [7] shows his preparation for the interview as well the answering to the cross questioning in an excellent manner. His show of nonverbal communication was shows when he had a speech in the Tehrir Square after elected as president, where he opened his chest showing no bullet proof jacket [8] which is the contrast to the former president Hosni Mubarak who used to take a large security squad with him. [9]

Problem solving: Muhammad Moris just like the other brothers solve the problems and tasks related to the organization through the mutual understanding of the respected members of the organization. He used to tackle all such problem through mutual agreement with his fellow Brotherhood workers. This is the reason the organization was able to tackle some very difficult situations in the past, few cases which include the involvement of army in the presidential election procedure which was fought through public power, after his success he was facing opposition from certain political parties this situation was resolved through giving proper representation of all political parties in the parliament.
