Why I Speak

Sometime people tell me to keep silent they stop me for saying anything. No, they are not my enemies, but that is the strangest part, they are my friends, they love me they care for me and I am sure they are so loyal that they can sacrifice their lives for me, but this often happen when I speak against any bad deed happened, when I try to stop it by my word, by my hand, by gathering others on the point and convince them to act against that specific act of bad, my friends stop me, they say don’t speak against the cruel and the bad that this might harm you this might take your life or as minimum put your life in danger. When I speak against the hate, cruelty, violence, they say don’t speak, it will make the things worse, it will fill the world with more riots. So what they want is just to keep silent on the issues which are making some people sad, some people to cry, some people to weep, but you want to know why I speak? For you my dear, if I will not speak the cruelty will take you too some day and at that day you will be needing my help, and in the same way my other fellows, the people who love me, the people who can sacrifice their lives for me will be stopping me from saving you, they might be stopping me from speaking against what is done with you because they think this will harm me this will put my life into danger, what you think what should I do at that point, would I sit idle and let the things happen, to speak nothing, to take no action, no my friends I can not do this, I will come for you I will save you I will act for you I will speak for you, I will do whatever could be done.

Let us all, be unite, to act against oppression, to act against cruelty, to spread love, and to save each other, to respect!

How to make your professional life successful

I have been working for an auto parts manufacturing company since two years, fortunately I have dealt with so many management issues in two years which make me learn how to work in a corporate environment and how to deal with the issues and conflicts, during my stay there are some point which I have learnt in order to make your office environment successful and how to make it beneficial for you, here it is

1. Positive Attitude: It happens a lot when we take the things negatively from the start and this make the situation worse, in order to make it more beneficial for you, keep it simple and keep it positive. When a person approaches you in order to solve any issues, make sure to get the things done take the matter to solve it rather than making it more complicated.
2. Be a good decision maker: We got a lot of issues to deal in our office life, some are urgent some can be put on tomorrow, some are critical and some are simple. Deal all the matters with same intensity, make quick decisions. People get annoyed when they see that you are not solving the issue and it is getting late thus a time come when you got a lot of pending issues and lot of internal customer complaining about you. Be a good decision maker, take quick and right decision, in a work environment SOPs are available for certain works to be done, get guidance from them and solve the issues. Issues got pending when we prioritize some customer on others. Don’t let this happen!
3. Cover your subordinates: In order to come in a leading position, and make your subordinates love you. Support them as much as possible, if they are new employees or trainees, ignore their mistakes and guide them. Don’t put them in front in matter of conflict. Be like am umbrella on them when something goes wrong, take the responsibility so that they trust in you. Remember the stronger and creative the subordinate gets the more they will make you shine!
4. Resolve conflicts: Since the initiation of the mankind they are dealing with certain conflicts, but the point is how you deal with the conflicts. The best method is to do it by meeting rather then complaining it to higher authorities, try to solve it by yourself until and unless it gets impossible to be done by yourself, don’t let other indulge in the matter. Remember the steps when some conflict arises, call the second party or person and tell them that what is the conflict, invite them to have a meeting and resolve the issue, the solution must be such that both the parties will get benefit of it, after the conflict has been resolved reassure after some time that the matter is still going as it is.
5. Be perfect: This is an important thing which might related to all the points which I have described above, you must be perfect in all your duties, time management, working; only this will bring you in commanding position. If a manager who comes late orders his subordinate to be punctual this order will not be taken seriously by the employee. Until and unless he become a living example for them.

Spreading Vulgarity; A Qur'anic Analysis

A common statement we hear from the people spreading vulgarity and indecency through different forms of media is that how would they feed their family if they leave doing so!! Should they let their children die of hunger? Should they not earn to educate them well...?
The argument, though making sense on the face value as it seems to be a genuine issue that if we go on to shut our Film Industry or other smilar businesses that spread the filth of Vulgarity and Indecency among the people under the banner of entertainment, it could result in a large number of people loosing their jobs. But let us have an indepth analysis of this argument.
To start with the discussion, we should first set it clear in our minds that Alhamdulillah Allah Almighty has blessed us with Islam. We firmly believe that the Holy Qur'an is the ultimate source of guidance... It is the final Message for the humanity. And the life of our Holy Prophet (pbuh) is the best of examples for Mankind, specially for us Muslims. Therefore the Qur'an and Sunnah must cover Instructions and guidance regarding every aspect of our Life. So first let us ask the Qur'an to see what it guides us about this issue.
Allah Almighty at several places in the Qur'an, makes it pretty clear that the responsibility to provide Sustenance (Rizq) to every "Living-being" that lives on the face of this earth is on Him alone. HE says:

"And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision, and HE knows its place of dwelling and place of storage. All is in a clear register." (Surah Hud'11:6)
So it is quite clear that Allah is the one who provides RIZQ to the believers and the non-believers without any distinction. But the blessing demands Thankfulness and Submission to the Creator!! As stated in another Ayah:

"Then eat of what Allah has provided for you [which is] lawful and good. And be Grateful for the favor of Allah , if it is [indeed] Him that you worship." (Surah An-Nahl'16:114)

But still the actual question is yet not answered... Is it correct to earn your livelihood through spreading Indecent and Vulgar material... Be it in the form of Movies, Dramas, Vulgar Songs, Pornogrophy, Indecent Magazines and Pictures e.t.c?
If we ponder over the Qur'an to get the answer of the above question, we would find several Ayaat where Qur'an has categorically mentioned about Spreading Indecency and Immodesty to be the ''Vision" of the Cursed Satan. In fact it would not be wrong to say that it is the biggest tool of Satan to dellude Mankind by Undressing Men and Women. Allah Almighty warns in Qur'an to be watchful in that regard. HE says:

"O mankind, eat from whatever is on earth [that is] lawful and good and do NOT follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy.He only orders you to EVIL and IMMORALITY and to say about Allah what you do not know." (Al-Baqarah'2:168-169)

Here Allah Almighty clearly declares the tool of Satan to be 'Evil' and 'Indecency'. Moreover Allah also prohibits mankind to earn their livelihood through Immoral and Haram means as it is ultimately the route to the cursed Devil. Similarly in another place in the Qura'n Allah Almighty announces the punishment of those who spread Immorality among the believers:

"Indeed, those who like that immorality should be spread [or publicized] among those who have believed will have a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter. And Allah knows and you do not know." (Surah Nur'24:19)

Holy Prophet (pbuh) said in one of His narrations;

"Indeed haya (modesty) and Iman are Companions. When one of them is lifted, the other leaves as well." (Baihaqi)

And to quote another narration, He (pbuh) said:

"Haya comes from Iman; Iman leads to Paradise. Obscenity comes from antipathy; and antipathy leads to the fire." (Bukhari)

May Allah protect us from such severe retribution in this World and the Hereafter!
In the end we would analyze whether it is justified to promote Indecency based on the argument that it would destroy the future of their children or it would make them live from hand to mouth if they leave such kinds of businesses...!
How good this argument is to legitimize the Spread of Vulgarity, but we should wait and think for a moment that where would we be able to draw a line then? Based on this rationality, Why shouldn't then a person be allowed to do whatever business he wishes to do to earn his livelihood, if at the end of the day he is doing it for the sake of his Family...? Why should he be stopped to earn through Pornography...? Why should a Drug-dealer be stopped, if he is doing it for the sake of a better future of his family...? And why should Child-labor be illegal if the child is doing it to support his family...? And it goes on...!!
We need to understand that a person could never be allowed to do a job which could either effect himself or the Society at large... A person can not feed his family at the cost of destroying hundreds of other families...! And without a doubt, Indecency or Vulgarity is a disease which is deeply harmful and infecting the Morals of a society.
Let us conclude it with a Hadith of the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace). He said:“A body nourished on Haram sustenance (rizq) will not enter paradise.” (Ref: Sunan Tirmidhi)

We ask those who make this baseless point for earning through 'Haram', are they ready to take their children to Hellfire... with them, for the sake of the enjoyment of a few days!!! How infavorable deal are they making! May Allah grant us the Faith on His Sustenance and immediately quit anything that displeases Him. Ameen!

Malala : A Victim of Power Fight

Few days ago Malala Yusuf Zai was shot along with her two friends all of them are badly injured, as we all expected just after this incident the famous proverb we heard again, "Taliban ne is hamlay ki zimedari qubul kerli hai" (Talibans have taken the responsibility of the attack). There is been a long debate from last few years that who are the  Talibans and why they always take responsibility of such incident, why they don' have the resources to contact the Pakistani media but they contact the international media so easily, these are the questions which make all these things mysterious and somehow confusing for an ordinary person to understand. What is the reason that Taliban have waited so many years for the right time to come, when the operation in South Waziristan is going to start.
Let's leave all that behind, lets talk about the role of the media in the whole picture. As you can read in my other blogs why media always picture those who always talk about in favor of the US. We have seen that media tried to make innocent the Aunty Shamim but later we all knew who she actually was, we seen that media cried over Mukhtara Mai but few months back we all heard that it was a drama and fake case, we seen that media shouted for the girl beaten by Taliban in Swat and media cries over that for a month but later we found out that video was also fake and was made just so that people will not react on the North Waziristan operation. Right now I am not justifying the attack on Malala, but why media was silent on the issues of Dr. Afia, why every news related to Afia is not a breaking news, why when people died on drone attack media happily broadcast that some number of terrorists are killed but never talk about how many innocents are killed.

Why the secular and liberals cry over the terrorist attack (the after effect) but never cry for the American invasion, drone attacks, US oppression (the root cause). Pakistan is now deeper than ever in the War on Terrorism (The War on Islam), and the only reason to get out of it is to say "No More" in response to the Do More attitude!

I am sad on the attack on Malala, just like I was sad on the thousands people martyred in the drone attacks, the sisters martyred in Lal masjid, Dr. Afia in american possession, if we are raising a voice, we must never make double standards!

روشن خیالی کے سولہ نکات

During my search over the social media and interaction with different type of pages, I came across this article, it was published on a page along with the picture of major liberals of Pakistan.  The article  has been written in a mocking style but still got almost all the things which are true as the actions taken by various liberals in Pakistan. Few days ago read similar kind of blog on tribune in which the person described 5 qualities which qualify you as a successful liberal, the below article  however is more elaborated and covered all the aspects which are previously not available. Moreover the name of the author will be published as soon as I came to know, till then just read , enjoy and beware! 

نکتہ نمبر1 :

آئندہ فیس بک اسٹیٹس اور ٹوئٹر ٹوئٹ بے غیرت نوعیت کے ہونگے جن میں مولویوں کو زیادہ سے زیادہ لعن طعن کی جائے گی اور تمام مولویوں اور انکے ہمدرودوں سے مساوی انداز میں نمٹا جائے گا۔

نکتہ نمبر2 :

ملک کی تمام ابلاغی مشینریوں پر اس طرح گرفت جمائی جائے گی کہ ہر ابلاغی یونٹ میں صرف اور صرف روشن خیالوں کی اکثریت ہو، نیز وہ روشن خیال جو جانب داری کا مظاہرہ نہ کریں، انہیں انتہاپسندوں کی فہرست میں دھکیل دیا جائے گا، خس کم جہاں پاک۔

نقطہ نمبر 3 :

اگر بلوچ بے گناہ غیر بلوچوں کو قتل کریں گے تو اسے غم و غصہ کا اظہار اور ظلم کا ردعمل قرار دیا جائے گا اور اگر یہی غریب سنی بلوچ بےگناہ شیعوں کوماریں تو روزانہ نہار منہ سوشل نیٹ ورک پر اس ظلم کے خلاف مہم چلائی جائے گی۔

نکتہ نمبر 4 :

اس امر پر اصرار کیا جائے گا کہ قائد اعظم پیدائشی گونگے تھے اور انہیں صرف اگیارہ اگست کے روز قوت گویائی نصیت ہوئی۔

نقطہ نمبر 5 :

مذہب سے کھلی اعلان برات کے باوجود ہر سطح پر مذہبی معاملے میں مداخلت کی جائے گی اور کسی بھی مذہبی معاملے کو غیر متنازعہ نہیں چھوڑا جائے گا نیز جہاں جہاں ضرورت محسوس کی جائے گی وہاں اسکالر کا روپ دھار کر مذہب کی اینٹ سے اینٹ بجادی جائے گی۔

نکتہ نمبر 6 :

مذہب کو پاکستان سے علیحدہ کیا جائے گا اور یہ ثابت کیا جائے گا کہ پاکستان اسلام کے لئے نہیں بلکہ بھٹو خاندان کے لئے بنایا گیا تھا۔

نکتہ نمبر 7 :

امریکہ چاہے ہیرو شیما، ناگا ساکی پر ایٹم بم گرائے، ویت نام کو کھنڈر بنائے، عراق، افغانستان، لیبیا اور صومالیہ کو تاراج کرے اور پاکستان پر ڈرون حملے کرکے ہزاروں بندے قتل کردے، سینکڑوں اغوا کرکے لے جائے اور سی آئی اے کے اہل کاروں کے زریعے جاسوسی کرتا پھرے، ہرگز ہرگز تنقید نہیں کی جائے گی، نیز تنقید کرنے والوں کو چھٹی کا دودھ یاد دلادیا جائے گا، جب کہ امریکہ دہشت گردی کے ردعلم میں پیدا ہونے والی مٹھی بھر نوجوانوں کی مزاحمت پر ساری دنیا کی بجلیاں گرائی جائیں گی۔

نکتہ نمبر 8 :

صدر زرداری کو تاحیات صدارتی استشنی حاصل رہے گی۔

نکتہ نمبر 9 :

اس بات کو ثابت کرنے میں ساری زندگی اور توانائی صرف کردی جائے گی کہ اسامہ بن لادن اور ملا عمر ہٹلر، مسولینی، ہلاکو خان سے کئی ہزار گناہ خطرناک ہیں جب کہ ایرانی صدر احمدی نجات اور شامی صدر بشارالسد پر خصوصی شفقت برتی جائے گی۔

نکتہ نمبر 10 :

یہ یاد رکھا جائے گا کہ آزادی نسواں کا مطلب شرم و حیا اور لباس سے آزادی ہے اور یہ کہ آزادی اظہار رائے کا مطلب مذہب اور نظریہ پاکستان کے تمام حل شدہ مسائل پر کنفیوزن پھلانا ہے، چنانچہ باحجاب خواتین چاہے ڈاکٹر اور پروفیسر ہی کیوں نہ بن جائیں انہیں رسم و رواج اور معاشرتی رویئے کا قیدی سمجھا جائے گا اور حجاب، سنت، جہاد اور شریعت جیسی اصطلاحات کی چٹنی بنادی جائے گی۔

نکتہ نمبر11 :

جہاں تک ممکن ہوگا پاک فوج پر تنقید کی جائے اور آئی ایس آئی کو اپنی توپوں کے نشانے پر رکھا جائے گا لیکن اس کے ساتھ اپنے بھانجے بھتیجوں کو فوج میں ڈال کر دہرے مزے لئے جائیں گے۔

نکتہ نمبر 12:

اگر کوئی شخص مذہب کی معزز ہستیوں اور مقدس ترین کتابوں پر تنقید کرے یا دو چار حرف کہ دے تو اسے آزادی اظہار رائے کا مکمل تحفظ فراہم کیا جائے گا لیکن اگر کوئی مذہبی ذہنیت رکھنے والا نوجوان آپ سے آپکے ٹوئٹر اور فیس بک پر سوالات کرے تو اسے فورا سے بیشتر بلاک کرکے اپنے جمہوری حق کا استعمال کیا جائے گا۔

نکتہ نمبر 13 :

اگر کوئی مسلمان لڑکی گھر سے بھاگ جائے تو مولویوں کو رگڑتے ہوئے عاشقوں کی عاشقی معشوقی کے لئے آواز بلند کی جائے گی اور اگر کوئی غیر مسلم لڑکی گھر سے بھاگ جائے تو پھر بھی مولویوں کو کے رگڑتے ہوئے “اغوا اغوا” کا شور کیا جائے گا۔

نکتہ نمبر 14 :

ایف سی آر سمیت تمام کالے قوانین پر اس وقت تک انکھیں بند رکھیں جائیں گی جب تک اس کا شکار غریب قبائلی، طالب اور مذہبی لوگ ہونگے لیکن جب بھی کوئی سامراج کا کو نمک خوار ان کالے قوانین کی زد میں آئے گا تو انسانی حقوق کی طبلے لئے ہم باہر آجائیں گے اور حکومت کا بینڈ باجہ بجادیں گے۔شکیل آفریدی کی رہائی کے لئے مہم چلائی جائے گی کیونکہ وہ ہمارا مامے کا لڑکا لگتا ہے۔

نکتہ نمبر 15 :

ہمیں اس بات سے کوئی دلچسپی نہیں ہونی چاہئے کہ ملک میں کتنی غربت اور بے روزگاری ہے، خوانددگی اور معیار تعلیم کا کیا حال ہے، عام لوگوں کی جان و مال کس حد تک محفوظ ہے، صحت کی سہولیات کتنی ہیں، اور کرپشن اور ریشہ دوانیاں کیونکر بڑھتی جارہی ہیں ۔ ہمارا مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ کہیں مذہبی انتہاپسندی تو نہیں بڑھ رہی، شریعت کی بات تو نہیں ہورہی، نصاب تعلیم میں ٹیپو سلطان اور محمد بن قاسم کو تو نہیں پڑھایا جارہا، قلعدم مذہبی جماعتیں طاقتور تو نہیں ہورہی ہیں،حجاب اور ڈاڑھی کی شرع میں اضافہ تو نہیں ہورہا اور فحاشی، رقص اور موسیقی کی محافل روکا تو نہیں جارہا ہے

نکتہ نمبر 16 :

طالبان کے ہر مخالف کو ہیرو بناکے پیش کیا جائے گا چاہے وہ شمس النور اور افضل خان جیسے بہروپیے ہی کیوں نہ نکلیں، نیز دنیا کی ہر خرابی کے پیچھے طالبان کے ہاتھ ڈھونڈے جائیں گے اور ضرورت پیش آئی تو قدرتی آفات کو بھی طالبان کی بدعاوں کا نتیجہ قرار دیا جائے گا۔کراچی میں قتل و غارتگری کی ذمہ دار بھی طالبان ہوگی نیز اے این پی، پی پی پی اور ایم کیو ایم کی اتحادی حکومت ہر حال میں قائم رہنا چاہیے، چاہے کراچی قائم رہے نہ رہے.
