In 1947 when Pakistan came into being by the blessing of Almighty Allah and the efforts of our prominent civil leader and hero Quaid-E-Azam M.A.Jinnah . He became the first Governor General of Pakistan. He worked hard for the prosperity of the nation and the country. After one year he passed away and Pakistan got orphan, then the Liaquat Ali Khan who was the first prime minister of Pakistan worked hard for the development of Pakistan. He was very affluent and financially sound; he deserted his possessions and mansion for the sake of Pakistan, but the woe for Pakistan that he acquired martyrdom.

From this point Pakistan’s decline starts.

In 1958, the government in reaction to the riots ultimately asked the military for assist and in response Corp Commander of Lahore General Muhammad Azam Khan decreed the first martial law in parts of the country.

This was a turning point in the country's history and even though the riots were eventually oppressed by military force but the seeds of impatience were sown in the Pakistani society. Ayoub Khan took the rein of the country and ruled over it for 10 years.

That was the first time when army forayed into the government and proved that army not subordinate of any political force. Time passed and military established its root into the political system of Pakistan. Now if talk about Bhutto who became 9th prime minister of Pakistan. Bhutto was basically a feudal lord. He couldn’t be a good elected prime minister although he was a good rhetoric and had speech in the mammoth gathering. His frame of mind never met with the common people and what nowadays is being done his grandson who never be a Bhutto but due to lack of strict implementation of law he turned out Bhutto and now ruling Pakistan People Party. I sometimes astound that a guy barely would be of 25 years could be a leader of the Pakistan’s political party. How the other leaders of PPP acknowledge him. Is not it really absurd. It’s a frequent saying that Pakistan disintegrates in the Bhutto’s regime but was there only Bhutto who disintegrated? Actually foreign policy was devising by the “others”. Then Zia intervene and topple Bhutto’s regime .One thing I couldn’t comprehend that why “patriotic” General of Pakistan couldn’t tumble Bhutto’s regime when Pakistan was disintegrated. Zia era was good for religious school of thought. In all this regimes Pakistan not only disintegrated but its economy endlessly declined. Then again after couple of years Benazir Bhutto came into power. She would also belong to the feudal class as she was a daughter of a feudal lord Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.

Mian Nawaz Sharif epoch comes in and he got power. He is also a businessman. His approach always towards profit, not the profit of Pakistan but the profit of his own. He has his steel mill not in Pakistan but in Middle East. How could he sincere with Pakistan when he even do not crave to establish his mills in Pakistan and never longs to draw back buck in Pakistan. They people don’t even think for Pakistani people and why do they think? They don’t have time to ponder on the condition of people. Again misfortune came for the country. A man who was appointed by Nawaz Sharif now wanted to collapse his government and he succeeded. Totally timid General ,Pakistan ever seen such cowards who bow himself down before America and handed over our basis to America that was the worst time in the history of Pakistan. Contingents of the other countries invaded in Pakistan and developed their network, worse time for Pakistan when suicide bombers stared to go off him selves. Commando ran away then came back and now willing to go abroad but a common and a poor Pakistani suffering worse condition of country. Now again Nawaz Sharif dominating the country for the 3rd time. Same Nawaz Sharif same businessman. Some time I feel that is it the same nation who elected Nawaz Sharif for the 3rd time or it’s their revolt offspring who despite of forbidding cast their vote for Nawaz Sharif. Two to three families are running the whole country one ruling while other waiting for his turn. In Pakistan neither democracy could give respite to the poor nor autocracy worked. Now military is far away from treasury benches since the couple of elected governments era. It seems good gesture from the military side but despite of all that, elected government failed to deliver. Pakistani youth needs revolution not from foreign country but from Pakistan .Nation totally fed up with all these again and again dominance. Youth needs employment, man needs security, women need shelter, old needs benefits and Pakistan needs pious, piety and sincere leader.

تورا بورا کس کا بنا؟

کیا منظر ہے یہ، ہوا میں گردش کرتے ہیلی کاپٹر نیچے اترتے ہیں. ایک نیٹو کا فوجی ڈبل کیبن میں بیٹھا ہے اس کی آنکھوں میں آنسو جھلک رہے ہیں جنہیں وہ بار بار ہاتھوں سے صاف کرتا ہے، آج وہ رہا ہونے جارہا ہے، لیکن زیادہ اہم بات یہ ہے کہ اس کے بدلے میں مجاھدین اپنے پانچ افراد رہا کرارہے ہیں، پورے علاقے کو قریباً اٹھارہ مجاھدین نے گھیرا ہوا ہے، ہیلی کاپٹر اتر جاتا ہے اور مجاھدین کی جانب سے دو افراد امریکی فوجی کو لئے آگے بڑھے دوسری جانب سے بھی دو افراد آگے بڑھے لیکن ان کے سراپے سے گھبراہٹ عیاں ہے، اس ہی گھبراہٹ کے درمیان دونوں گروہ ہاتھ ملاتے ہیں لیکن ایک امریکی اتنا خوفزدہ ہے کہ بس اپنا بایاں ہاتھ بڑھا کر ہلکے سے چھوتا ہے اپنے ساتھی کو لے کر ہاتھ ہلاتے ہوئے واپس مڑ جاتے ہیں.
قیدیوں سے اچھے سلوک کی ایک اور مثال رقم ہوجاتی ہے، پانچ سال طالبان کی قید میں رہنے والا، آرام سے اپنے پاؤں پر کھڑا بھی ہے اور چل بھی رہا ہے. دوسری جانب بی بی سی، سی این این وغیرہ یہ پوچھ رہے ہیں کہ قیدی کی صحت کیسی ہے. ہم دیکھتے ہیں امریکی جیل میں ڈاکٹر عافیہ، گوانتانامو کی جیل میں موجود قیدی، ابو غریب جیل کے غرباء، ان کے ساتھ جو بدتر سلوک ہوا اور جو سلوک امریکہ فوجی کے ساتھ ہوا کوئی تقابل ہے انکا... نہیں
کیا کسی نے سوچا، نائن الیون کے بعد فخر سے تنا ہوا سر لے کر امریکہ جب افغانستان میں داخل، تو یہ نوبت بھی آنی تھی. آج امریکہ خطے سے ذلیل اور رسوا ہوکر نکل رہا ہے.

افغانستان گیارہ سال مقابلہ کے بعد سر اٹھا کر کھڑا ہے اور ہم قریباً اتنے ہی سال امریکہ کی چاکری کرنے کے بعد منہ دکھانے کے قابل نہیں. تاریخ میں رقم ہوگا اس صلیبی جنگ میں غداری کا تمغہ ہم پاکستانیوں کے سر رہا! کاش ایک دہائی قبل صحیح فیصلہ کرلیتے...

کون سا یہ کون سا وہ، میں نہ مانوں، وغیرہ وغیرہ

اچھا بہانہ ہے جب کسی کی بات نہ ماننی ہو تو اس کی بات سے بات نکالو، سوالات کرو اور جواب سننے سے پہلے اگلا سوال داغ دو. اب یہی دیکھ لیں، جب کوئی اسلام کے نفاذ کی بات کرے تو جواب میں سوال ملتا ہے کہ "کون سا اسلام؟" جیسے انکے نزدیک نعوذباللہ اسلام کی کئی اقسام ہیں. اسلام تو ایک ہی ہے اللہ اور اس کے رسول کا اسلام. اب ایسا سوال سن کر آپ سمجھ جائیں کہ اگلا شخص بات نہیں سمجھنا چاہ رہا بلکہ باتوں میں لگانا چاہ رہا ہے.

اس ہی طرح ان افراد کا کام ہوتا ہے کہ دوسرے افراد کو لایعنی بحثوں میں الجھاۓ رکھنا. کوئی جہاد کی بات کرے تو کہتے ہیں "کون سا جہاد؟" کشمیر کا، افغانستان کا، عراق کا، شام کا یا کدھر کا. آپ کہیں کشمیر تو یہ کہیں گے کہ وہ تو ایجنسیوں کا جہاد ہے، آپ کہیں افغانستان تو کہیں گے کہ وہ تو امریکہ سپورٹڈ جہاد تھا، آپ کہیں عراق و شام تو یہ کہیں گے کہ وہ تو فرقاوارانہ لڑائی ہے. غرض الجھاۓ رکھنا مقصود ہو تو بہانے ہزار اور سمجھنا مقصد ہو تو قرآن کی ایک آیت بھی کافی ہوجاتی ہے.

مولانا مودودی (رح) نے ایسے ہی افراد کے بارے میں لکھا تھا کہ اگر آپ ہماری دعوت سمجھنا چاہیں تو ہم سمجھانے کیلئے حاضر ہیں لیکن اگر آپ کا مقصد سمجھنا نہیں بلکہ الجھنا اور الجھاۓ رکھنا ہے تو ہمیں اعتراض نہیں آپ جب تک چاہیں اپنا شغل جاری رکھیں.

جس کا کام اسی کو ساجھے

اس بات کو زیادہ عرصہ نہیں گزرا جنگ اخبار کے اتوار میگزین میں ایدھی صاحب کا انٹرویو شائع ہوا، انٹرویو کرنے والے نے غلط کام یہ کیا کہ انکے فلاحی کاموں کے متعلق سوالات کے علاوہ ان سے مذہبی سوالات بھی کر بیٹھے، ایک سوال جہادیوں کے متعلق کرلیا تو جواب ملا کے جہادی شارٹ کٹ میں جنَّت میں جانا چاہتے ہیں چند اور جواب بھی اس ہی طرح کے دۓ، اب ہر طرف ہاہاکار مچ گئی حالاں کہ قصور ایدھی صاحب کا نہیں سوال پوچھنے والے کا ہے. اب اگر مجھ جیسے عام آفس ورکر سے کیمیات کا سوال پوچھو اور میں صحیح جواب نہ دوں تو قصور کس کا؟ اگر ایک شخص دینی علم میں اتنی معلومات نہیں رکھتا تو کس نے کہا کہ اس کی ذاتی رائے کریدو، معلوم کرو اور اس کو فتوی کا درجہ دے کر اخبار میں شائع کردو!

لیکن یہ صرف ایک مثال نہیں اس ملک میں ان گنت مثالیں ایسی ملیں گی. یہاں آپکو فوجی امور سے نابلد خبطی افراد دفاعی تجزیہ نگار بنے بیٹھے دکھیں گے. تو دوسری جانب ایک معروف ایکٹریس و کامیڈین، موسیقی کے پروگرام میں جج بنی بیٹھی دکھائی دیں گی. اداکارہ میرا استغفار نامی پروگرام کرتی دکھیں گی تو دوسری جانب اچھل کود مچاتا مداری عالم آن لائن کی میزبانی کرتا دکھائی دے گا. قصور ان کا نہیں بلکہ اس کا ہے جو ان کو اس مقام پر بٹھا رہا ہے.

یہ سب بتانے کا مقصد :- اسلامی امور کے مطابق لوگوں تک معلومات علماء، مفتیان اور دینی علم رکھنے والے افراد ہی پہنچائیں گے! میڈیا چینل مالکان اسلامی نظریاتی کونسل کو اپنے گھر کی کھیتی سمجھ کر اس کے کام پر کیچڑ نہ اچھالیں! جس کا کام ہے اس ہی کو کرنے دیں ورنہ ان میڈیا مالکان اور دین بیزار افراد کے ہاتھ میں اقتدار آجائے تو بعید نہیں کہ کل کو ماروی سرمد کو اس کونسل کی ذمہ داری سونپ دیں.

کون سا اسلام؟

جب بھی اسلامی نظام کو ملک میں نافذ کرنے کا موضوع سامنے آتا ہے تو بعض لوگ یہ کہہ کر موضوع کو مزید مشکل بنانے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں اور انکا من پسند سوال یہ ہوتا ہے "کون سا اسلام؟ " پھر اس کئے گئے سوال کو اپنی دانست میں مزید مشکل سے مشکل تر بنانے کیلئے کہتے ہیں "کیا سنّی اسلام یا شیعہ، کیا دیوبندی یا بریلوی یا اہلحدیث یا یہ یا وہ وغیرہ وغیرہ"

کسی بھی سوال کو کرنے کا ایک طریقہ ہوتا ہے اور جواب سنے بغیر اگلا سوال کرنا سوالی کی نیت ظاہر کرتا ہے کہ وہ جواب کا منتظر نہیں بلکہ بحث برائے بحث کا قائل ہے.

کون سا اسلام؟ جواب یقیناً یہی ہے کہ وہی اسلام نافذ کیا جائیگا جو اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہم تک پہنچایا، وہی اسلام جو قرآن و حدیث میں بیان ہے، اور وہی اسلام جو مدینہ کی اسلامی ریاست میں رسول اللہ نے نافذ کر کے دکھایا تھا. اگر اس جواب سے بھی تشفی نہیں تو چلیں آگے پڑہیں.
اب آئیں انکے دوسرے سوال کی جانب جن میں بعض افراد مختلف فرقوں کا نام لے کر کہتے ہیں کہ ان میں سے کون سا اسلام، شاید اس طرح کا سوال کرنے والے بالکل بھی دین کا مطالعہ نہیں کرتے. "چور کا ہاتھ کاٹ دو" "قاتل سے قصاص لو" "سود کو روک دو" میرا خیال ہے ان قوانین پر تو سب متفق ہیں یہاں یہ سوال بے معنی ہوجاتا ہے کہ کون سے فرقہ کا قانون یقیناً بیشتر قوانین اصول و ضوابط میں تمام مسالک میں اتفاق رائے ہے.
اب رہ گئے چند وہ اصول و ضوابط جن میں اختلاف ہیں، تو ایسے مسائل کے حل کیلئے علماء اور قانونی ماہرین کی ایک کمیٹی بنا دی جائے گی جو باہمی مشاورت سے ان مسائل کا حل تلاش کریگی اور حکومتی ادارے اس کو نافذ کریں گے.
کس ریاست میں اختلاف اور مسائل نہیں ہوتے، کیا جس جمہوری نظام میں ہم جی رہے ہیں کیا سب اس سے متفق ہیں، یقیناً نہیں! یقیناً خلافت کے ادوار میں بھی اختلافات آتے تھے اور ان کو حل بھی کیا جاتا تھا. لیکن جب نیّت اچھی ہو تو مشکل سے مشکل کام کے بھی راستے نکل آتے ہیں لیکن جب ذہن ایک بات کو تسلیم کرنے پر آمادہ ہی نہ ہو اور بغیر سوچے سمجھے پہلے سے ذہن بنا لیا جائے تو پھر ایسے ہی سوال اٹھتے ہیں کہ "کون سا اسلام؟"

(تمام اسلامی موضوعات اپنے ناکافی علم کے باوجود اچھی نیت سے شائع کئے جاتے ہیں. اگر کسی دوست کو دئے گئے موضوع میں اختلاف ہے تو اپنی رائے کا اظہار ضرور کریں تاکہ تصحیح کی جاسکے. اللہ غلطیوں کو معاف کرے اور کوشش کو قبول کریں. آمین)

تُم پاکستانی ... تُم مسلمان

(اے پیغمبر) کافروں کا شہروں میں چلنا پھرنا تمہیں دھوکا نہ دے (یہ دنیا کا) تھوڑا سا فائدہ ہے پھر (آخرت میں) تو ان کا ٹھکانا دوزخ ہے اور وہ بری جگہ ہے (سورۃ آل عمران،آیت 196-197)

وہ بہت دیر سے مجھے لیکچر دے رہا تھا. کہنے لگا یار تم مسلمان کتنی گندگی کرتے ہو عید قرباں ہو ہر طرف گندگی کے ڈھیر نظر آتے ہیں، یہاں کی سڑکیں خراب اور لوگ گندے، سیاسی نظام کتنا برا ہے. سب سے زیادہ خاندانی جھگڑے بھی تم میں ہوتے ہیں. اور نہ جانے کیا الا بلا... پھر اس نے پینترا بدلا اور یوروپین و امریکی اقوام کا نمائندہ بن بیٹھا جیسے خود تو کبھی پاکستان میں پیدا ہی نہ ہوا ہو. کہنے لگا ایک طرف ہم ہیں جہاں دیکھو کچرا جلا کے رکھا ہوا ہے اور دوسری جانب امریکی ہیں وہ تو ماچس بھی احتیاط سے جلاتے ہیں کہ کہیں ماحولی آلودگی کا باعث نہ بنے، اور تو اور آپکے ہاتھوں اگر ایک بلّی بھی مر جائے تو ان کی پکڑ سے نہیں بچ سکتے سوچوں جب جانور کا وہ اتنا خیال رکھتے ہیں تو انسان کی کتنی اہمیت ہوگی ان میں. کہنے لگا وہاں عورت آزاد ہے وہ اپنی مرضی کی مالک ہے وہاں سب کماتے ہیں. وہاں کا بینکنگ نظام کمال ہے وہاں کا شہری خوش ہے...

میں نے مسکراتے ہوئے اسے دیکھا اور کہا تقریر تو اچھی ہے مگر یہ ماچس بھی احتیاط سے جلانے والی قوم سے سوال کرو کہ افغانستان پر بموں کی بارش سے ماحولی آلودگی میں کوئی اضافہ نہیں ہوتا؟ تم خاندانی جھگڑوں پر تنقید کر رہے ہو، جہاں سے تم آۓ ہو وہاں کا تو خاندانی نظام ہی ٹوٹ پھوٹ کا شکار ہے، جہاں خاندان ہی نہ ہو وہاں خاندانی جھگڑے کا کیا سوال؟ اور ہاں تم نے خوب کہا کہ وہ جانور کا خیال رکھتے ہیں بیشک لیکن دنیا کے کئی ممالک میں موجود انکی فوجیں اور ڈیزی کٹر بموں نے کتنی ہی بستیوں کو ویران کردیا... شاید کیوں کہ وہ مرنے والے عام انسان تھے، امریکی بلی یا کتے نہیں ...

اور عورت کی آزادی کی بات کرنے سے پہلے وہاں پر عورت کی حیثیت اور اس پر ہونے والے جنسی حملوں کا ریکارڈ ضرور چیک کرنا، یہ آزادی کی قیمت کافی بڑی دینی پڑتی ہے، جس سے اب وہ بھی باز آرہے ہیں ...

میری باتوں سے وہ کچھ نہ بول سکا، شاید اسے اپنی غلطی کا احساس ہورہا تھا!
اس امریکہ پلٹ نوجوان کو دیکھ کر میں سوچنے لگا کیا یہ لوگ یہی علم اور یہی ڈگری حاصل کرنے گئے تھے کہ اپنے اسلامی اقتدار کو پرے چھوڑ کر اسی ملک و ملت کی برائی کرنے میں لگ جائیں، اور اس میں بھی عدل کا دامن چھوڑ کا تعصب کی عینک لگا لیں. کیا اسلامی شعائر کا مذاق اڑانا اور اپنی پاکستانی اساس کو اہمیت نہ دینا کیا یہ ملک و قوم کی خدمت ہے یا کیا ہے... اور قدرے حیرت سے میں اسے دیکھتا رہ گیا...

اسلام اور سیکیولر ازم

جس طرح اسلام ایک مکمل زندگی گزارنے کا طریقہ ہے اسی طرح سیکیولرازم بھی ایک مختلف زندگی گزارنے کا طریقہ ہے.

سیکیولرازم اور اسلام کا موازنہ کیا جائے تو بہت سی چیزیں ایسی ملیں گی جو اسلامی رویہ یا تعلیمات سے متصادم ہوں، الگ ہوں.

سیکیولرازم اسلام سے الگ نظریہ ہے،اسلی تعلیمات الگ ہیں. جس طرح کفر اور اسلام ایک جگہ نہیں ہوسکتے یعنی ایک شخص مسلمان اور کافر ایک ساتھ نہیں ہوسکتا اسی طرح ایک شخص مسلمان اور سیکیولر ایک ساتھ نہیں ہوسکتا، اسے کوئی ایک راہ اپنے لئے متعین کرنی ہوگی کہ یا تو اسلام میں مکمل آجائے اور سیکیولرازم سے کنارہ کرلے.

بعض لوگوں کا کہنا ہوتا ہے: "جناب ہمارے سیاسی نظریات سیکیولر ہیں" یہ بالکل ایسے ہی ہے جیسے ایک شخص مسلمانیت کا دعوی بھی کرے اور دوسری جانب یہ بھی کہے کہ میرا کھانا سیکیولر ہے میں کھانے میں حلال حرام نہیں دیکھتا (نعوذباللہ). سیکیولرازم کا سب سے بنیادی نظریہ یہ ہے کہ مذہب اور ریاست الگ الگ ہیں اس کو اگر ہم مزید واضح کریں تو کچھ یوں ہوگا کہ "ریاست اس بات سے آزاد ہے کہ مذہب کے مطابق چلے" یعنی اس ریاست میں سودی لین دین کیخلاف کوئی نہیں بول سکتا "کہ یہ حرام ہے" کیوں کہ مذہب کی بنیاد پر کیا جانے والا آرگیومنٹ رد کیا جائیگا، ہاں وہ یہ کہہ سکتا ہیکہ سودی نظام خراب ہے کیوں کہ "اسکے اثرات مضر ہیں" اور اگر جمہوریت بھی رائج ہے تو ٥١٪ ملکر اسے بدل سکتے ہیں. اور اسی طرح باقی کاروبار زندگی کے حوالے سے بھی ریاست مذہب سے مادر پدر آزاد ہوگی.

سب سے بڑی بات اس کا موازنہ اسلام سے کرلیا جائے اگر متصادم ہو تو چھوڑ دیا جائے (اگر اسلام پر عمل کرنا ہے اور اس اسلامی نظام کو نافظ کرنا ہے) ورنہ پھر مسلمانیت کا دعوی بے جا ہے!

یہ لکھتے ہوئے مجھے بہت عجیب لگ رہا ہے لیکن شاید یہ پڑھ کر کسی کی اصلاح ہوجائے لہذا اس نیت سے بیان کئے دے رہا ہوں ...

میں نے تقریباً گیارہ سال کی عمر میں کمپیوٹر کا استعمال شروع کیا. تیرہ سال کی عمر میں انٹرنیٹ کا استعمال، ویب ڈیزائننگ بھی اسی دور میں شروع کی، اس ہی درمیانی عرصہ کی بات ہے میں نے ایک ویب سائٹ بنائی، اس وقت اتنا کچھ دین کا علم نہیں تھا لہذا اس ویبسائٹ میں گانوں، گلوکاروں کے حوالے سے بھی کافی لِنک اور مواد رکھا ہوا تھا.
زندگی رواں ہوگئی اور ہم پڑھائی وغیرہ میں مصروف، کچھ دن پہلے عرصہ بعد دوبارہ اس ویبسائٹ کا خیال آیا. چیک کرنے پر پتا چلا کہ Geocities جو کہ یاھو! کا پراجیکٹ تھا وہ بند ہوچکا ہے. ایک پرائیوٹ ویبسائٹ Oocities نے وہ تمام پیجس اپنے پاس آرکائیو کرلئے ہیں.
Oocities.com/owaisjal کھول کے دیکھا تو میری بنائی ہوئی ویبسائٹ میرے سامنے تھی کافی دیر تک دیکھتا رہا، تمام پیج دیکھے، عجیب و غریب نقش و نگاریاں اور جاوا اسکرپٹس کی کارستانیاں دیکھتا رہا. پھر گانوں کے لِنکس پر نظر پڑی، کچھ دیر سوچا اور پھر Oocities کے مین پیج پر گیا سامنے ہی لکھا تھا کہ ہم آپکی پرائیوسی کی قدر کرتے ہیں اگر آپ اپنی ویبسائٹ بند کرنا چاہیں تو رابطہ کریں. میں نے ای میل میں لکھا کہ میں یہ ویبسائٹ ختم کرنا چاہتا ہوں، جواب آیا کہ کوئی مخصوص پیج یا تصویر یا لِنک یا پھر مکمل ویبسائٹ؟ مکمل ویب سائٹ، میرا جواب تھا!  کچھ دن بعد کسی ششمیتا کی ای میل موصول ہوئی جس میں لکھا تھا کہ وہ ویبسائٹ نہ صرف ویب بلکہ ان کہ ریکارڈ، آرکائیو سے بھی ہٹا دی گئی ہے.

اس مرتبہ لِنک کھول کر دیکھا تو Error 404 سامنے آگیا. دل کو تسلی سی ہوئی، اپنی تخلیق کی گئی چیز کو ختم کرنا جیسا فیصلہ کرنا مشکل کام ہے لیکن جو خالقِ کائنات کی مرضی ہو اسکے سامنے سر تسلیم خم کردینا ہی صحیح ہے.

شاید اس سے ان لوگوں کو کچھ احساس ہو جو انٹرنیٹ پر اچھی بری ہر طرح کی چیز کچھ سوچے بغیر ڈال دیتے ہیں یہ سوچے بغیر کہ اس کے اثرات کیا ہونگے. اگر آپ کی بھی ایسی ویبسائٹ یا ویب پیج موجود ہے تو اسکا بھی کچھ بندوبست کریں. اللہ ہم سب کو ہدایت دے.

Spreading Vulgarity; A Qur'anic Analysis

A common statement we hear from the people spreading vulgarity and indecency through different forms of media is that how would they feed their family if they leave doing so!! Should they let their children die of hunger? Should they not earn to educate them well...?
The argument, though making sense on the face value as it seems to be a genuine issue that if we go on to shut our Film Industry or other smilar businesses that spread the filth of Vulgarity and Indecency among the people under the banner of entertainment, it could result in a large number of people loosing their jobs. But let us have an indepth analysis of this argument.
To start with the discussion, we should first set it clear in our minds that Alhamdulillah Allah Almighty has blessed us with Islam. We firmly believe that the Holy Qur'an is the ultimate source of guidance... It is the final Message for the humanity. And the life of our Holy Prophet (pbuh) is the best of examples for Mankind, specially for us Muslims. Therefore the Qur'an and Sunnah must cover Instructions and guidance regarding every aspect of our Life. So first let us ask the Qur'an to see what it guides us about this issue.
Allah Almighty at several places in the Qur'an, makes it pretty clear that the responsibility to provide Sustenance (Rizq) to every "Living-being" that lives on the face of this earth is on Him alone. HE says:

"And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision, and HE knows its place of dwelling and place of storage. All is in a clear register." (Surah Hud'11:6)
So it is quite clear that Allah is the one who provides RIZQ to the believers and the non-believers without any distinction. But the blessing demands Thankfulness and Submission to the Creator!! As stated in another Ayah:

"Then eat of what Allah has provided for you [which is] lawful and good. And be Grateful for the favor of Allah , if it is [indeed] Him that you worship." (Surah An-Nahl'16:114)

But still the actual question is yet not answered... Is it correct to earn your livelihood through spreading Indecent and Vulgar material... Be it in the form of Movies, Dramas, Vulgar Songs, Pornogrophy, Indecent Magazines and Pictures e.t.c?
If we ponder over the Qur'an to get the answer of the above question, we would find several Ayaat where Qur'an has categorically mentioned about Spreading Indecency and Immodesty to be the ''Vision" of the Cursed Satan. In fact it would not be wrong to say that it is the biggest tool of Satan to dellude Mankind by Undressing Men and Women. Allah Almighty warns in Qur'an to be watchful in that regard. HE says:

"O mankind, eat from whatever is on earth [that is] lawful and good and do NOT follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy.He only orders you to EVIL and IMMORALITY and to say about Allah what you do not know." (Al-Baqarah'2:168-169)

Here Allah Almighty clearly declares the tool of Satan to be 'Evil' and 'Indecency'. Moreover Allah also prohibits mankind to earn their livelihood through Immoral and Haram means as it is ultimately the route to the cursed Devil. Similarly in another place in the Qura'n Allah Almighty announces the punishment of those who spread Immorality among the believers:

"Indeed, those who like that immorality should be spread [or publicized] among those who have believed will have a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter. And Allah knows and you do not know." (Surah Nur'24:19)

Holy Prophet (pbuh) said in one of His narrations;

"Indeed haya (modesty) and Iman are Companions. When one of them is lifted, the other leaves as well." (Baihaqi)

And to quote another narration, He (pbuh) said:

"Haya comes from Iman; Iman leads to Paradise. Obscenity comes from antipathy; and antipathy leads to the fire." (Bukhari)

May Allah protect us from such severe retribution in this World and the Hereafter!
In the end we would analyze whether it is justified to promote Indecency based on the argument that it would destroy the future of their children or it would make them live from hand to mouth if they leave such kinds of businesses...!
How good this argument is to legitimize the Spread of Vulgarity, but we should wait and think for a moment that where would we be able to draw a line then? Based on this rationality, Why shouldn't then a person be allowed to do whatever business he wishes to do to earn his livelihood, if at the end of the day he is doing it for the sake of his Family...? Why should he be stopped to earn through Pornography...? Why should a Drug-dealer be stopped, if he is doing it for the sake of a better future of his family...? And why should Child-labor be illegal if the child is doing it to support his family...? And it goes on...!!
We need to understand that a person could never be allowed to do a job which could either effect himself or the Society at large... A person can not feed his family at the cost of destroying hundreds of other families...! And without a doubt, Indecency or Vulgarity is a disease which is deeply harmful and infecting the Morals of a society.
Let us conclude it with a Hadith of the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace). He said:“A body nourished on Haram sustenance (rizq) will not enter paradise.” (Ref: Sunan Tirmidhi)

We ask those who make this baseless point for earning through 'Haram', are they ready to take their children to Hellfire... with them, for the sake of the enjoyment of a few days!!! How infavorable deal are they making! May Allah grant us the Faith on His Sustenance and immediately quit anything that displeases Him. Ameen!

How many of us know Muhammad Asad?

An Austrian Jew Leopold Weiss who converted to Islam and changed his name to Muhammad Asad, author of the famous book “Road to Makkah”, among his other books are “Islam and Politics”, “Towards an Islamic Constitution” and the list continues. Asad was a traveler, researcher, writer and scholar. His journey through Palestine and Arab countries make him think about Islam, he was impressed by Islam and in its study he found out that this is the perfect religion, in his own words about Islam, he says: “Islam appears to me like a perfect work of architecture. All its parts are harmoniously conceived to complement and support each other; nothing is superfluous and nothing lacking; and the result is a structure of absolute balance and solid composure.”

He came to the Indo-Pak region in the 1932 and met Allama Muhammad Iqbal, Allama iqbal the spiritual leader of Muslims of sub-continent who gave the concept and thought of a separate Islamic country on the basis of Islam, where Muslims can practice their religion with freedom, where all the minorities will be given fundamental right, where the Islamic laws will be implemented. He worked with Allama Iqbal and the Muslim leaders for the creation of the separate homeland, he was arrested in 1939 from Lahore and spent three years in prison he reunited with his family finally in 1945 when the independence movement in the Indo-Pak region was at its peak, the land of sub-continent was echoing with the slogans of “Pakistan ka matlab kia, La ilaha ilallah”, he supported and worked for the independence of a separate Muslim state which came on the globe of the world as Pakistan, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Asad was given the Pakistani Nationality on his never-ending efforts. He has close relations with Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah due to his effort for Islam.

After the independence of Pakistan, he was designated as the Director of the Department of Islamic Reconstruction which involved in the preparation and reviewing the recommendation to the drafting of the first constitution of Pakistan according the Islamic law. He also worked with the ministry of foreign affairs as Head of Middle East Division. 

The book “Road to Makkah” is about his journey of his life and his travel towards Makkah and the story of his conversion from Judaism to Islam.

In the last days of his life, he moved to Spain with his wife, where he lived till his death on February 23, 1992. He was buried in Granada.

Khilafat: Do we deserve ?

It’s a difficult and sensitive topic to write on, not as per the current era, but for the life after death, it’s might be a big reason for me to be dragged in hell. But I Pray to Allah who knows my heart and my feelings so He will understand what I want to convey.
Having said that, may I know why some of the people of Pakistan are looking forward for KHILAFAT? Actually some of very close people to me are talking about the KHILAFAT system in this country and I am so confused either they are giving me the wrong information or they are just kids and don’t know what they are saying. I mean what’s wrong with these people? Why they are trying to make fun of a very respectable job of KHILAFAT in this country? 


If you recall the history of KHILAFAT, Indeed, those were people who were the best of their time in character, in ethics, in responsibilities, in relations, in dealings, in every way they were the best. Let me give you an example of that character and skills in human history. Let’s start from Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (RA) he was first Khalifa of Muslims (Ameer ul Momineen). It’s a big debate how he has been chosen as Khalifa but just one sentence to explain:


“Khilafat Oath has to be taken on the hands of Khalifa and that oath means that the people accept the leadership of that Khalifa on the basis of his character, not by his wealth or power. When Oath on the basis of character is the system of selecting your leader, it needs a very crystal clear character. When Abu Bakr (RA) selected for Khilafat, in his first address to the people of Arab, he clearly mentioned that if you see I am doing against the Quran and Sunnat, you have the right to hold my hand and step me down”.


His time was not more than two years but the work he has done in these years, believe me that work we have not done in more than 60 years. Let’s count and compare:

1. Organization and compilation of the Holy Quran
2. War against the Murtids
3. Jihad against the non-Muslim states / Syria and surrounding five countries, won the battle, Islam reached there

Above three works are a few examples of some of the work first Caliph did in two years of Caliphate. If we categorize this work, it is:

1. Education
2. Internal issues of the country
3. Defense / War

Let’s compare these categories with last four years of the present government. Please do not confuse the time, it is not the comparison of the two personalities, this is the comparison of the two government’s performances. One government had time of two years, second has four years leading for the fifth year.


1. Education:


The day PPP has got the government; they have stopped / ceased / terminated the education fund of HEC which was allotted by a dictator for PHD's. So your educational system was spoiled.


2. Internal issues:


Internal issues to the Caliph were MURTIDs and threats to the government at that time. The problem was that the people who were not near to the capital were about to change their beliefs and handling that issue both for Islam and government was not an easy task.
But when we gave a chance to our beloved leaders, what they did, their internal matters are also not easy, handling the terrorism, the corruption and much more to write furthermore there are even those internal issues which I cant write here, we just want to see what’s is the performance. There is nothing being done for the solution of any internal issue/problem/matter!
Just think about a single issue and you will find there is no target achieved yet, the overall performance is thus Zero!
By the way when there was the issue of murtids in Khilafat era, Khalifa has said, “I will not sit till the time I kill all the murtids or they revert back to Islam”. This statement doesn’t show the war, but it expresses the dedication and commitment to the cause by the head of the state. Can you place any single example of dedication by the present government?


3. External threats/issues/war:


Allah has given to us by choice or by luck a great enemy that is India and what is our policy towards the greatest enemy? India is the Most Favorite Country to our government. This is the attitude of the government for an enemy who never accepted the reality of our country.  
Now come to the topic KHILAFAT vs. DEMOCRATIC ERA. Above mentioned are some of the examples from the Khilafat era which are compared to our time. Can you comment why there is a huge difference between them? Because when Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq was going for the committee of the Khilafat, he argued that we must go and discuss the matter with Ansaar.


During the meeting there was a stage when it seems that there will be no result of this meeting but Allah made the decision and Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (Ra) was chosen as the first Khalifa. But what he said to Hazrat Umar (RA), “It’s good that the decision has been done otherwise if someone else has taken the oath from anyone; we also had to take his oath not to make any issue in the Ummah”. This was the Character and understanding of the matters and their sensitivity according to which those great men has spend their lives.
May I ask these countrymen are you going to show such character? Are you ready to accept a person of other cast to rule you? Are you sure you are not going to kill the innocents? Are you sure you are going to accept the superiority of a person over yourself? Are you sure you will not hurt your neighbors? Are you sure you will fight for your country, not for Nawaz Shareef / Altaf Hussain/ Wali Khan / Asif Zardari?


Let me make it simple for you all. The answer to the above questions is a BIG NO. There is no question that you get single questions answer as YES.  Now, let’s say if we want the Khilafat era back, what we have to do. This is very much clear to me as I see it, we have to Kill this entire nation, get a new breed. Grew them with purely ISLAMIC teachings and try to develop the character that is required for KHILAFAT.


YOU MIGHT GET KHILAFAT.

I dream of a day

It was a beautiful and peaceful morning I woke up in Fajar, went to masjid, it was occupied fully like always. Unfortunately, I was 2 minutes late after the azan so I got place in the last line. After the namaz the dua of the imam made the people cry. Every one was praying for the forgiveness and guidance.


I came back home, the breakfast was ready, I turned on the TV, the newscaster was telling about the latest news, the stock exchange was going up, the revenues and profits were increasing, no serious crime was reported from last two month, a week before only a small quarrel happened and the victim took this matter to the court where he got justice, since then no issues in the crime section of news. Peaceful like always, I smiled and turned off the television. Saying Salam to my parents, I came out of the house and started motorcycle, getting towards the main road, where hundred of vehicles are patiently driving within their lane, no one was breaking lane or honking horn, after about 15 minutes I hear a horn, it was a person who was taking his father to hospital all of the cars gave him way. Weather was calm, cool and sunny; the pollution free air was feeling very pleasant. 


I was going towards my university, I entered the university and get to the assembly hall where the whole university gather every start of the day, after the recitation of Holy Quran and Hadith our principle give a small Khutba he was describing about the past he was saying that, “in the past America and Palestine (former Israel) were not part of the Amarat e Islami and were called the Super Powers (Naozubillah), it is the result of the never ending Jihad that they became part of the Amarat e Islamia”. After the Khutba we came into our classes, the students were still discussing about the Khutba by principle, they were amazed to hear that Muslims were oppressed in past by those who are now paying Jizya (tax) to the Amarat e Islamia. The lecture was soon started as our Physics subject teacher Maulana Ahmed came; he was explaining very well the concepts of physics, and giving their explanation through the verses of Holy Quran. The next class was of AlChemiya (Chemistry) in which our teacher explained very well. A small test was conducted; every student was doing his own work, submitting the test and going outside the class. Before the Zuher prayer all the classes were off, all the students gathered in the mosque, after the prayer the lunch was served in the mess, our university is Amarat e Islamia funded university where no educational fee is taken, also hostel and lunch facility is provided to all students.


I was back at home at about 4 o’clock. I slept for a while as its Sunnah, after an hour my friend came to meet me, he was a nice person working in the immigration office, during our discussion he told about the thousands of application from the nationals of China, Russia and various nations, the people who are desperate to get the nationality of Amarat e Islamia and were applying for permanent residency here. This is because the prosperity, peace, modest environment, and better governance. We went to masjid for Asar, on our way back we met the Ameer (Khalifa) of the Amarat e Islamia who was walking alone in the streets as usual, listening to the problems faced by the people (if any). He was our selected Ameer through the Majlis e Shoora (Parliament). The day passed fine. I lie on my bed to take a sleep just after Ish’a.


I closed my eyes ----------- Suddenly, I woke up.


What a beautiful dream, I raised my hands up to pray; it’s the desire of every Muslim to live his life in a country which has Islamic Law enforced...
