A Point to Think!

I know there are much oppression in this world, people are killed and injured for little benefits, people act like they are not human but somehow they try to prove the Darwin’s theory. Taking revenge is not a big think, but the fact is that forgiving someone is a much better step then revenge. But if revenge is the only way then don’t go for the individual benefit, else taking revenge try to be with those organizations which are working for the elimination of poverty, anger, terrorism, injustice, inhumanity and those who are working for the welfare, goodness of the mankind. Never forget you are a human, you can do anything, but when it’s come to “revenge” we always forget all the rules and regulations and act worse.

Those, whose belongings are killed or murdered, don’t always hold the weapon but instead try to take revenge through proper channel the “court”!

There are many in Pakistan who are killed in the drone attack, don’t take revenge from innocent people and don’t be a weapon for those who want to see Pakistan destroyed.

There are many who are missing persons now, don’t hold your weapon, don’t hide yourself, don’t act secretly, but come forward, take revenge through proper channel and be visible!

Courts are working better then before, cases are resolving, people are getting justice, to some extent but at least this is better than nothing!

Don’t do to others what is done with you, this way you will only bring hatred, injustice and anarchy.

Behind the Fog

It was a gloomy day, when both of them are walking carelessly in the yellow fields, when he suddenly said, 

“I am going to do it!”

He looked startlingly into his eyes, “What are you talking about?” 

He said, “I am going to look up in the sky”.

“No”, he resisted, “You might be dead if you do that. The wrath from the sky will kill you”.

“Who is ever killed?” he asked, “tell me one good reason why I shouldn’t see. Tell me why?” 

He was speechless. But he refrain him to do it through the gesture of his eyes. At last he looked up.  The sky was fine, it look pleasant in the morning the blue sky with some cloudy touch. After some time he looked to his friend who was watching frighteningly standing few feet away from him. He came to him and said, “Look! I said nothing will happen”.  He said, “Why you looked up the sky. You know when the emperor knows what he will do? He will kill you! He certainly will”. 

“I am not afraid. If the sky has allowed me to look at it. Who is the emperor then to stop me! I am ready to face anyone. Now look up, I am with you, trust me”, at last he gathered all his heart and looked up. He opened his eyes slowly, the sky was blue, birds were flying, and the air stream was cool. He smiled and said, “I am with you let us go to the village and tell everyone”.

They run to the village, where everyone was walking looking at the ground. They said we have done it, they are screaming with joy. They villagers look surprisingly at them, some of them understood what they are talking about, they started shouting “Look up the sky is wonderful, look the birds are flying, look at the clouds, and look at the sunshine”.

The priest came out of the house and warned them, “The wrath will punish you”. They said, “We have done it and we are happy, we know the wrath will not punish us, we know the sky accepted our action”. The priest opened the holy book but can not find any single order which restrict them to look up in the sky. The priest too looked up, he raised his hands. Seeing this all villagers looked up in the sky one by one, they screamed with happiness and joy. 

The emperor came out of the house, he shouted, he told the guards to detain the villagers. But the guards refused as they were staring at the sky, they were stunned by the beauty of the sky. The emperor ran as the myth has been broken and his emperorship is no more. The villagers captured the emperor’s house.

Look up! The sky is blue, the birds are flying, colors of life are blooming, the flowers looked even more beautiful. Look up! Look up!

Main Idea: Long ago I read a translation of a story which has been translated from some other language to Urdu, I re-write the story again keeping the same concept in mind. Mindset

A man visited an elephant house, he was so amazed to see that huge animal are controlled by only a single and small chain in their legs, surprisingly no elephant was trying to break the chain. He was so astonished and asked the elephant keeper about it, what the keeper told was even more interesting, he said that when the animals are small they are bind by this small and thin chain, at that time they might have tried to break the chain but they were not able to do so, time passed and they got huge but due to the mind which was developed in the childhood they still not try to break the chain… This is called mind set.

Not only in animals, we humans also experience this theory, we never try any new thing because when we are going to take a step these words echo in our head “how can we do it” or “it is beyond our reach”, having this mind set we never try to do something new or challenging and in this way our life always remains constant, this is the mind set which make us do the same job the whole life. Despite that those who are able to break the chains and ready to accept challenges, get new opportunities and success in life. Successful people always accept challenges, they are never afraid of trying new things and experiences.

Not only in individuals, this theory seems to be correct in the national level. Our leaders are afraid of talk openly in other nations (except their own people), when the American senator called and gave Mr. Musharraf two options either be with them or be against them, the coward leader with the army mind set bow his head in front of them, now we can see we are under such influence of America that we cant make our own decision by ourselves, China is offering us cheap electricity but we can not accept this offer because America abide us to do so.

On the other hand, we have other nation Afghanistan, the Taliban welcomed the war imposed on them by America, now after more than ten years of fighting we had seen that America got no way out from Afghanistan, they are deep inside that they can’t even retreat without the authorization of Taliban. The American authorities had accepted that they lost war in Afghanistan.

Who is the free nation? Do you still think that after more than 60 year of independence, what type of freedom is this that we can’t even take financial and economical decision by ourselves? Do you still think we are free? Think again!

BE YOUR BEST - Dare to take Risks !

Ever wonder, when in life you are going to take a risky step, you hear so many voices which are stopping you to do that, they give you big reason of why you should not take a risky step, they tell you about accidents, they tell you about the difficulties, they tell you the failures of other people who tried the same, they are not your enemies, but they are your friends, relatives, parents, life partner or siblings, those who might have think the good for you, but despite that there is a madness which make you boost your motivation every time someone give a negative comment and tell you to stop, thus, only at that time you realize that you have the courage to do something new, you realize that achieving a target is not very difficult, you realize that the failure you might experience will be much more lesser than the experience you will get, you realize that its hard to take a risk but its more motivating to see yourself on the top. Just then, the madness initiates sparks in you, and you do the unbelievable and unexpected, whether its jumping from a mountain with a parachute, whether its surfing on the high waves when people are afraid of tsunami, it’s the madness which makes you stand up in the ring after getting beaten from your opponent so hard, you stand and start running after getting down on the ground injured badly in a race, you are ready to invest some million rupees in a risky project, or it maybe you simply resign from your 75000 rupees salaried job just to do the things you always wanted, you might take any type of risk, because it’s the only thing which proves that you are really alive and breathing.

Taking risks is difficult, scary, fearful, frightening but once you are in, you are in! You just have to believe in yourself, you have to be the best; you have to convince yourself that…
