کیا منظر ہے یہ، ہوا میں گردش کرتے ہیلی کاپٹر نیچے اترتے ہیں. ایک نیٹو کا فوجی ڈبل کیبن میں بیٹھا ہے اس کی آنکھوں میں آنسو جھلک رہے ہیں جنہیں وہ بار بار ہاتھوں سے صاف کرتا ہے، آج وہ رہا ہونے جارہا ہے، لیکن زیادہ اہم بات یہ ہے کہ اس کے بدلے میں مجاھدین اپنے پانچ افراد رہا کرارہے ہیں، پورے علاقے کو قریباً اٹھارہ مجاھدین نے گھیرا ہوا ہے، ہیلی کاپٹر اتر جاتا ہے اور مجاھدین کی جانب سے دو افراد امریکی فوجی کو لئے آگے بڑھے دوسری جانب سے بھی دو افراد آگے بڑھے لیکن ان کے سراپے سے گھبراہٹ عیاں ہے، اس ہی گھبراہٹ کے درمیان دونوں گروہ ہاتھ ملاتے ہیں لیکن ایک امریکی اتنا خوفزدہ ہے کہ بس اپنا بایاں ہاتھ بڑھا کر ہلکے سے چھوتا ہے اپنے ساتھی کو لے کر ہاتھ ہلاتے ہوئے واپس مڑ جاتے ہیں.
قیدیوں سے اچھے سلوک کی ایک اور مثال رقم ہوجاتی ہے، پانچ سال طالبان کی قید میں رہنے والا، آرام سے اپنے پاؤں پر کھڑا بھی ہے اور چل بھی رہا ہے. دوسری جانب بی بی سی، سی این این وغیرہ یہ پوچھ رہے ہیں کہ قیدی کی صحت کیسی ہے. ہم دیکھتے ہیں امریکی جیل میں ڈاکٹر عافیہ، گوانتانامو کی جیل میں موجود قیدی، ابو غریب جیل کے غرباء، ان کے ساتھ جو بدتر سلوک ہوا اور جو سلوک امریکہ فوجی کے ساتھ ہوا کوئی تقابل ہے انکا... نہیں
کیا کسی نے سوچا، نائن الیون کے بعد فخر سے تنا ہوا سر لے کر امریکہ جب افغانستان میں داخل، تو یہ نوبت بھی آنی تھی. آج امریکہ خطے سے ذلیل اور رسوا ہوکر نکل رہا ہے.

افغانستان گیارہ سال مقابلہ کے بعد سر اٹھا کر کھڑا ہے اور ہم قریباً اتنے ہی سال امریکہ کی چاکری کرنے کے بعد منہ دکھانے کے قابل نہیں. تاریخ میں رقم ہوگا اس صلیبی جنگ میں غداری کا تمغہ ہم پاکستانیوں کے سر رہا! کاش ایک دہائی قبل صحیح فیصلہ کرلیتے...

جنگ یا امن

دنیا میں کہیں بھی جنگ شروع ہو تو اس دوران دو گروپ سامنے آتے ہیں اس میں سے ایک گروپ وہ ہوتا ہے جو اس جنگ کی حمایت کرتا ہے جبکہ اس سے برعکس دوسرا گروپ وہ ہوتا ہے جو جنگ کی مخالفت کرتا ہے.

دنیا کی بڑی بڑی جنگوں کا مطالعہ کرنے اور اس میں شامل اقوام اور اسٹیک ہولڈرز کے بارے میں معلومات کرنے کے بعد آپ اس نتیجہ پر پہنچتے ہیں کہ جو افراد جنگ کی حمایت کرتے ہیں ان کے ذاتی دنیاوی مفاد اس جنگ سے وابستہ ہوتے ہیں. بیشتر مقامات پر آپکو اس قدر حیرت انگیز واقعات نظر آئیں گے جب آپکو معلوم ہوگا کہ جنگ کے حمایتیوں کی حمایت کی اصل وجہ ان کا نظریہ نہیں بلکہ اسلحہ کی خرید و فروخت سے مالی فائدہ سمیٹنا ہے لہذا اس طرح کے افراد چاہتے ہیں کہ زیادہ سے زیادہ دیر تک جنگ کی جائے اور ایک نہیں بلکہ کئی کئی مقامات پر جنگ کی جائے، ہتھیاروں کا بے دریغ استعمال کیا جائے کیوں کہ جتنا زیادہ ہتھیار استعمال ہوگا اور جتنی دیر تک جنگ جاری رہیگی یہ لوگ اتنا زیادہ مالی فائدہ اسلحہ کی خرید و فروخت کے ذریعہ سمیٹ سکیں گے.

تاریخ گواہ ہے کہ روس نے دس دسمبر ١٩٩٤ کو جب چیچنیا پر حملہ کیا تھا اس وقت جو آرمی جنرل جنگ کے حق میں بڑھ چڑھ کر دلائل دے رہے تھے بعد میں وہی جنرلز چیچنیا کے لوگوں سے اسلحہ کی خرید و فروخت میں ملوث پائے گئے.

امریکہ کا جنگی جنون بھی اس ہی مفاد پرستی کے جذبے کا مرہون منت ہے کیوں کہ امریکہ اس وقت دنیا میں اسلحہ سازی کا سب سے بڑا مرکز ہے.

میں نہیں چاہتا کے میں کسی ایک خاص ملک اور خاص واقعہ کی منظر کشی کرکے آپکے ذہن کے دریچوں کو قید میں ڈالوں بلکہ یہ سب بتانے کا مقصد یہ ہے کہ جب بھی جنگ کے بارے میں بات ہو تو جذباتیت سے پرے ہٹ کر اس تیسرے زاویہ سے بھی سوچیں کہ آخر وہ کون کون سے لوگ ہیں جنہیں اس جنگ سے مالی فائدہ پہنچ سکتا ہے اور پہنچ رہا ہے اور وہ کیا وجوہات ہیں جس کی وجہ سے جنگ کی حمایت کی جارہی ہے. یقیناً آپ کے سامنے کئی انکشافات ہوں گے اور صورتحال مزید واضح ہوگی.

ایک بار سوچئے گا ضرور!

افغانستان ہی کیوں؟

افغانستان میں ایسا کیا ہے جو اس کو دوسرے ممالک سے منفرد کرتا ہے، میدانی علاقے، پتھریلے پہاڑ، غربت، لیکن پھر بھی عالمی طاقتوں کی اس پر نظر رہی برطانیہ کے بعد رشیا اور اب امریکہ کی بربادی اسے یہاں تک لے آئی. یہ صرف اسلام اور کفر کی جنگ ہے جس کے ایک سرے پر طالبان اور دوسری جانب امریکہ کھڑا ہے اور باقی دنیا والوں کو ان میں سے ایک فریق کا ساتھ دینا ہے. افغانستان کی بنجر زمین میں امریکہ کو سوائے موت کے کیا ملا لیکن اسکے آنے کی وجہ صرف اور صرف یہاں اسلام کے لیواؤں کا ہونا ہے جو نہ صرف خود بلکہ دوسروں کو بھی باطل سے ٹکرانے اور اس کو پاش پاش کرنے پر اکساتے ہیں اور یہی بات امریکیوں کے گلے کا کانٹا ہے.

لیکن یہ بات امریکیوں کے ساتھ ساتھ ان لوگوں کے گلے میں بھی اٹک گئی ہے جو خود کو مسلمان بھی کہتے ہیں اور افغانستان میں امریکی مداخلت کو افغانستان کا ذاتی مسئلہ کہتے ہیں لیکن جب امریکہ کیساتھ یا اسکے خلاف ساتھ دینے کا سوال آتا ہے تو یہی افراد اس "اندرونی معاملہ" کو اپنے گلے کا ہار بنا کر امریکہ کی صفوں میں جا کھڑے ہوتے ہیں اور اس جنگ کو "اپنی" جنگ کہہ کر ہر ممکن تعاون کا یقین دلاتے ہیں تاکہ یو ایس ایڈ کے خزانوں سے مستفید ہو سکیں اور انکا یہی کردار ان کو سب کے سامنے لا کھڑا کرتا ہے، لیکن صدقے جائیں ڈھٹائی کے..

ہاں بالکل یہ ہماری جنگ ہے لیکن ہم اس میں غلط جانب کھڑے ہیں ہم صلیبی جنگ میں صلیبیوں کے شانہ بشانہ ہیں اور یہی ہماری سب سے بڑی غلطی ہے. ہم نے خدا سے کئے اس عہد کی پاسداری نہ کی اور یہی وجہ ہے کہ ہم پر ذلت مسلط کردی گئی. دو بروں میں سے کم برے کا انتخاب مشکل ہوسکتا ہے لیکن ہم نے حق اور باطل واضح ہوتے ہوئے بھی باطل کا ساتھ دیا. اور اگر کوئی اسکی ذمہ داری حکمرانوں پر ڈالتا ہے تو یہ بھی سوچ لے کہ اس سب کا ذمہدار حکمرانوں کو ٹھہرانا ہماری ذمہ داری مکمل نہیں کرتا کیوں کہ حکمران بھی ہم ہی میں سے ہیں.

منور حسن جواب دیں، انہیں سچ بولنے کا حق کس نے دیا اور وہ بھی اتنا بڑا اور کھرا سچ جس نے امریکہ، اسٹیبلیشمنٹ اور امریکہ نواز تمام اتّحادیوں کو ہِلا کہ رکھ دیا اور نہ صرف جھنجوڑا بلکہ انہیں حقِ نمک ادا کرنے کا فریضہ یاد دلا دیا. منور حسن جواب دیں کہ کس نے انہیں حق دیا کہ وہ یہ معاملہ اس وقت اٹھائیں جب سب اتحادی امریکہ کی گود میں بیٹھے خواب خرگوش کے مزے لے رہے تھے کے یک دم کس نے انکی کرسیوں کو ہلا دیا، جب سب جماعتیں اور حکومتی اتحادی امریکہ کی ہاں میں ہاں کو ہی کامیابی سمجھ رہے تھے تو اس وقت کس نے کہا تھا کہ کلمہِ حق کہیں!
آئی ایس پی آر کہتی ہے جواب دیں، منور حسن جواب دیں کہ انہیں کس نے حق دیا کہ کسی کو شہادت کا سرٹیفیکیٹ دیں جبکہ یہ حق تو صرف آئی ایس پی آر، میڈیا اور چند سیاسی جماعتوں کہ پاس ہے. یہ حق تو صرف اس جیو چینل کہ پاس ہے جو کچھ دن پہلے ٹِکر چلاتا ہے کہ "گلشن کے علاقے میں فائرنگ ایک فرد ہلاک اور ذوالجناح شہید"، یہ حق تو ان "سچائی کہ علمبرداروں" کہ پاس ہے کہ اپنی مرضی سے شہادت کا لیبل چسپا کریں.
یہ حق تو شاید صرف ان لسانی سیاسی جماعتوں کے پاس ہے جو ہر ٹارگٹ کلنگ میں مرنے والے کارکن کو شہادت کا سرٹیفیکیٹ جاری کردیتے ہیں. یہ حق تو صرف حکومتی نمائندوں کہ پاس ہے جو اسلامی قانون کو کالا قانون کہتے ہیں اور جب کوئی جذباتی انسان اس توہین کا ان سے بدلہ لیتا ہے تو جواب میں انکو شہادت کا رتبہ مل جاتا ہے.
اس طرح کے بیان سے تو پاک آرمی کے.مقصد "وار آن ٹیرر" کو ٹھیس پہنچے گی اور یہ بھی ہو سکتا ہے کہ امریکہ امداد بند کردے. پھر یہ کرنل جنرل کے بڑے بڑے پروٹوکول کا خرچ کہاں سے پورا ہوگا...
یہ سوال نہ اٹھتا تو نہ جانے کب تک امریکہ کی مسلط کی گئی جنگ کو ہم نہ جانے کب تک اپنی جنگ سمجھ کر لڑتے یہ جانتے ہوئے بھی کہ اس جنگ میں اور نیٹو سپلائی کا راستہ فراہم کرنے پر اور امریکہ کے ہاتھ مضبوط کرنے میں ہم اپنے افغان مسلمان بھائیوں کے قتل عام میں مدد فراہم کر رہے ہیں. اور اس جنگ میں کام آنے والے سپاہیوں کا مستقبل کیا ہے یہ اب تک ایک سوالیہ نشان ہے کیوں کہ دونوں جانب مرنے والا مسلمان ہے اور کلمہ گو ہے دونوں جانب صدا نعرہ تکبیر کی ہی بلند ہوتی یے. اس معاملہ کو اب کسی نہ کسی کروٹ بٹھانا ہوگا، ہماری فوج اور عوام کو کھل کر امریکی امداد اور پالیسیوں کا بائیکاٹ کرنا پڑیگا.
اور معافی تو بالکل مانگنی چاہئے کہ ہمیں معاف کرو ہم اب تک اس فوج کو اسلام کا سپاہی سمجھتے رہے جبکہ صد افسوس کہ حقیقت میں یہ امریکہ کے سپاہی نکلے.

Syria: Will it be another American Graveyard?

It was 2001 when United States Of America attacked Afghanistan, alleged of supporting so called terrorists like Osama Bin Laden, they didn’t find Osama there, but they wasted their money their soldiers killed a lot of innocents men women and children, years later a drama played in Pakistan when they found Osama in Pakistan, killed and dumped has body in sea, well those who love stories will appreciate this one too, however the story plot is quite weak. Attacking Afghanistan was not productive for America, this might be a game to get a base in this region, later they attacked Iraq just two years after attacking Afghans, they came to search the chemical weapons and to get Iraq out of the hands of Saddam and bring democracy (I still done understand the meaning of this word “democracy” as per the American dictionary) however they didn’t got any chemical weapons, but instead they got natural resources like oil, for free! For some of people this might be controversial as they will say that this is not America only, there are other 40 members who are member of NATO, but we all know who is leading them anyway.

Pakistan is a victim too, drone attacks are a normal practice been done in the western part of Pakistan in which many innocent lives are killed. These attacks motivated the people residing there to get transformed into militants and start armed struggle against American army in Afghanistan as well as some of them started with Pakistani army too (for they accuse of Pakistan been a front line ally in this war). However the people of Pakistan doesn’t consider them allies of America, Pakistani government provided support as well as Pakistani bases were handed over by the previous dictator general Musharraf, who nearly sold the country to united States. Sadly, this practice is still been done in the democratic era too.

Afghanistan is however a bad experience for America as well, but despite taking lessons from this experience, America is now planning to attack Syria (due to chemical weapons issue which were used by Assad’s army). Syria, which is already under civil war between the government and the free Syrian army (those who stood against the regime of Assad). If USA attacked Syria, this will be another bad experience, for some people they think that this will not affect America until the wars started by USA will be done on other country’s land, the real lesson will be the day when the wars started by America will be taken to their own lands. I still believe we are heading towards another World War.

Our Policy OR American Policy - War on Terror OR War on Pakistan

This has been about a decade since the Pakistan took its first step into the War on Terror, since then Pakistan is been immersed into the mud from which it is hard to come out, but its not impossible. The below text is written inspired by a member of JI Bakhtiar Maani who speak on this topic in the national assembly a decade is now passing since this speech but this is still effective. 

11 years have passed since we are involved in war on terror, war on terror really; we are all amazed to see that why this war is not expanded to those countries which have larger part of non-Muslim community, why this war is only imposed to those countries which have above 90% Muslim population. We are not complaining to America, who we are, we are not Americans we don’t have a right to complain them, but we are Pakistanis and we have right to complain to our government and our security institutes, we must question what happened since Pakistan is a part of this so called war on terror, did the terrorism stopped? Did the drone attacks stopped? Did our economy boosted? Are we in peace? Can we move in our country with surety of our lives? No. Then what is the point to keep ourselves the part of this so called war on terror?

What is being said here is not a part of counter politics, and we don’t want to make it a part of our politics. But this must be discussed for Pakistan, for security and peace, for the lives of the people living in Pakistan. This war was begin with north western Pakistan and now each and every Pakistani is under death threat, involving our army and our soldiers they are also dying while becoming a part of this war.

It started when there was a attack which was done in a madarsa in Bajour, this was done in the Sehri time before Fajar, before the rise of the sun. Around 82 students were killed, these students include children from all age group, they were learning Quran, they were studying Quran, and some of them have learned about half of Quran while some of them have learned more of it. They were not terrorist, from among them there were 5 boys who belong to the same family, no one sends there own blood for terrorism, not all of them. We must clarify ourselves and not mix up different situations.

Then after some time it happened to have an attack in Dargai, it was at 8:30 in the morning, and there were about 35 soldiers which were killed in the start and some of them after that which makes it about a total of 42. The people rescued their own people; they were standing by side for any type of help which can be done for these injured people. After namaz e Zuhar a lot of people gathered for the funeral and prayed for those who were killed in this attack.

While some people are trying to co-relate these two incidents, no certainly not, there is no relation between the two. There is no such thing happened that some one might take revenge of Bajour incident from Dargai. These two incidents are the result of those policies on which we are acting upon. Please! Don’t make your army fight your own people and vice versa.

If we are against those who attack on madarsas we are also against those who attack on our own army, we condemn both of them. Those who were killed are the lovers of Pakistan they lived for Pakistan and they want to die for Pakistan, but sadly they don’t know that they became a victim of American policy. They didn’t knew that its Bush regime which is governing Pakistan.

Speaker, I talk about Bajour, this is said wrongly by Mr. Sher Afgan that there is no home where this attack is done. I will tell you there is are homes, there are mosques, there are people living there, if you don’t believe then we can make a committee which goes to Bajour and see at how much distance there are homes. BBC said that this madarsa is not even able to provide terrorism education to any one, it is such a small one, we can see only Quran there. You can say us criminal, but please don’t speak lies on the situations. Don’t say that they are terrorist they are students who were there to learn Quran. Please speak the truth. This attack is not done by Pakistani army (this speech was done when Pakistan took the responsibility of the drone attack by not telling the reality to own people, instead some official have said that this attack has been done by army on information that there are some terrorist which are hiding in that madarsa.) no person who have Faith in Quran can ever attack a madarsa. Because if they say that this attack has been done by American they we have to take actions against USA, certainly we can not do this so government is taking this responsibility on themselves, which is a lie.  No, this can’t be done, this matter can not be kept under files and closed, this is a matter to talk, and someone must have to answer it. I tell you, those 80 students funeral prayer has been done by the senior minister Mr Siraj Ul Haq, and he has resigned form his seat on this issue, Haroon Rasheed has also resigned from his membership of national assembly.

I know that most of the government official and parliamentarians are against this policy, even army officials are against this and want to get rid of this policy. Some said America is a so called super power, we can not take any actions against it, but till what time, we are being killed by them, we are still under attack in both the situations we have to die, then we have to choose to die in a good way, in the way which Islam tell us, not in that way in which America wants us.

I also ask our government and our army to revise this policy which is killing us each day. I know you are going that way in which you don’t even want to go, so take the right way. Revise the policy.

Zero Dark Thirty, it goes fine but the end is tragic!

Just ended watching the Zero Dark Thirty, a movie in which USA got his possible target as well as Osama Bin Laden too. The movie describe how the mission was executed. The start of the movie is rather good for their lesson when they got the consequences of how they will be treated when they invade someone's homeland, when they got into Kuwait, Pakistan and Afghanistan to find the possible leads, they got failure in every lead they found, in a scene when a person who was the possible lead blew the car and takes their agents as well. But at the last they got the target with the help of locals. They invade the Pakistani border as shown in the movie and start operation kills several persons and at last hit their possible target OBL. Tragic, in the end of the movie the agent Maya who lead this whole operation cries herself...!

There are a few things I think that are shown in this movie are possible lies, for example,

They want to show in the movie that the helicopter was down crashed by their mistake and some engine failure, oh come on, people are not fools, those persons might took down the copter who are they operating against.

They waited a 130+ days to get the approval, oh come on, like you want us to believe that, the country who just blew off the whole houses in drone attacks without confirmation will wait for 130 days for a high target with a possibility of 60%.
