جماعت اسلامی کے امیر کا انتخاب

جماعت اسلامی ملک کی سب سے جمہوری جماعت ہے. یہ جمہوری رویہ اوپر سے لے کر نچلی سطح تک ہر لیول پر دکھائی دیتا ہے، اور اس ہی جمہوری رویہ کی بدولت غیر جمہوری رویہ، افراد، روایات کا پنپنا نہ صرف مشکل بلکہ ناممکن بن جاتا ہے جو کہ جماعت کی ستّر سالہ تاریخ سے واضح بھی ہے. یہ صحیح ہے کہ جماعت اسلامی ملکی پارلیمنٹ میں کبھی چند سیٹوں سے زیادہ نہ لے سکی لیکن یہ بات بھی ریکارڈ پر ہے کہ اس کے باوجود ملکی سیاست پر سب سے زیادہ پر اثر اور ایکٹیو کردار جماعت اسلامی کا رہا ہے.

جماعت اسلامی نے اپنی روایات کے اور دستور کے مطابق امیر جماعت اسلامی کیلئے انتخاب کرائے. انتخابات کے نتائج سامنے آئے. لیکن اس کے ساتھ ہی ایک بے تکی میڈیا کمپین چل پڑی، ہونا تو یہ چاہیے تھا کہ جماعت اسلامی کے جمہوری رویہ اور ہر کچھ عرصہ بعد قیادت کی تبدیلی کو میڈیا کو دوسری پارٹیز کیلئے مثال بنا کر پیش کرنا چاہیے لیکن اس کے برعکس ہم نے دیکھا کہ ایک الٹی کمپین چلائی گئی. جماعت اسلامی کے حوالے سے اندرونی اختلافات کے شک کا اظہار کیا گیا. یہ کوئی نئی بات نہیں حالیہ الیکشن میں کراچی میں بائیکاٹ کے بعد کچھ ایسی ہی خبریں ہم کو سننے کو ملیں تھیں لیکن وقت کے ساتھ ساتھ لوگوں نے دیکھ لیا کہ بات کچھ بھی نہ تھی.

اس کی وجہ اصل میں یہ بھی ہے کہ ستّر سال ہوگئے اور جماعت اسلامی کا الحمدللّہ کوئی ف، ق، س، م، حقیقی، پارلیمنٹیرئن، یا پروگریسیو گروپ الگ ہو کر سامنے نہ آسکا جو کہ الحمدللّہ جماعت کے ممبران و ارکان کے اتفاق کا منہ بولتا ثبوت جبکہ جماعت کی کردار کشی کرنے والوں کی کھلی شکست ہے.

بعض افراد نے اس سلسلہ کو ڈاکٹر اسرار کے جماعت سے الگ ہونے سے ملانے کی کوشش کی، انہیں معلوم ہونا چاہیے کہ ڈاکٹر اسرار کا مذکورہ قصّہ ان کے جمعیت کے دور کا ہے. اور جمعیت اور جماعت دونوں میں امیر یا ناظم اعلی کے انتخاب کا طریقہ الگ الگ ہے. جمعیت اصتصواب رائے کے ذریعہ ناظم کا چناؤ کرتی ہے جبکہ جماعت اسلامی ووٹنگ کے ذریعہ. کسی بھی دو چیزوں کا آپس میں تقابل کرنے کیلئے انکا ایک جیسا ہونا ضروری ہے.

میڈیا کی جانب سے چلائی گئی اس کمپین کی بہتی گنگا میں سب نے ہاتھ دھوئے. کئی صحافی اس طرح رپورٹنگ کرتے اور تجزیہ کرتے نظر آئے جیسے وہ بذات خود اس ارکان کے اجتماع میں بیٹھے ہوں.

کہنے کا مقصد صرف یہی ہے کہ جماعت اسلامی کیلئے اس قسم کے ہتکنڈے کبھی اس کا قد کم نہ کرسکے. الحمدللّہ جماعت اسلامی کے کارکن آج بھی دل و جان سے جماعت اسلامی کیساتھ ہیں، کیوں کہ جماعت اسلامی کی بنیاد اشخاص پر نہیں بلکہ نظریہ پر ہے اور نظریہ بھی کوئی عام نہیں قرآن و سنّت کا نظریہ ہے، جس کو جھکانا ممکن نہیں.

جمعیت کے بعد

جب ایک شخص جمعیت میں ایک عرصہ گزارنے کے بعد فارغ ہوتا ہے تو اسکی حالت اس بچے کی سی ہوتی ہے جو بھرے بازار میں اپنی ماں سے بچھڑ گیا ہو ایسے میں بعید نہیں کہ کوئی اسے اچک لے جائے.

ایک نئی اور بھرپور دنیا اس کے سامنے ہوتی ہے وہ غلط راستے کی جانب بھی جا سکتا ہے اور یہ بھی ممکن ہے کہ کسی اور تحریک کا آلہءکار بن جائے.

میرے لحاظ سے ایسی صورتحال میں بہتر طریقہ یہی ہے کہ کسی پاکیزہ اجتماعیت سے فوری طور پر منسلک ہوجایا جائےجیسے جماعت اسلامی اور اس ہی نظریہ کی بعض تنظیمیں، جماعت کے افراد سے رابطہ قائم کیا جائے اور اجتماعات اور دروسِ قرآن میں شرکت یقینی بنائی جائے. اگر یہ سب بھی نہ ہو سکے تو اسلامی لٹریچر سے اپنا تعلق مضبوط کیا جائے. جمعیت کے ترانے بھی تحریکی زندگی کی یادیں تازہ کرنے اور مقصد حیات کی یاد دہانی کیلئے اچھا ذریعہ ہیں.
جو رفقاء جماعت کا حصہ بن جائیں وہ بھی اس بات کو مدِّ نظر رکھیں کہ ان ساتھیوں کو نہ بھولیں جو مصروفیات کی وجہ سے اجتماعیت کو وقت نہیں دے پارہے، اس طرح ہم ایک دوسرے کو حوصلہ دلا کر دنیا آخرت کی کامیابی کا راستہ دکھا سکتے ہیں ورنہ بعید نہیں کہ وہ تحریکی ساتھی اس دنیا کی بھیڑ میں اور معاش کی تلاش میں گُم ہو کر رہ جائیں.
جمعیت سے فراغت کے بعد یہی دور مجھ پر بھی آیا اور اس دوران جو کچھ محسوس کیا اس کو تحریر کی صورت دے دی، کوئی غلطی ہو تو اصلاح فرمادیں. جزاک اللہ

اختلاف رائے

میری رائے یہ ہے آپکی رائے مجھ سے الگ ہو سکتی ہے. میں آپکی رائے کا احترام کرتا ہوں اور جواب میں یہ چاہتا ہوں کہ آپ میری رائے کا بھی اس ہی طرح احترام کریں جیسے کہ میں کرتا ہوں. آپ بھی ٹھیک ہوسکتے ہیں اور میری رائے بھی درست ہو سکتی ہے، یعنی ہم دونوں کی رائے بیک وقت ٹھیک ہو سکتی ہے یہ بھی ہوسکتا ہے کہ ہم دونوں کی رائے غلط ہو اور کسی تیسرے کی رائے ٹھیک ہو. ہم سب کو چاہئے ایک دوسرے کی رائے کا احترام کریں.

لیکن مسائل اس وقت پیدا ہوتے ہیں جب ہم اپنی رائے کو اپنی "انا" کا مسئلہ بنا لیں اور اسی پر ہی اصرار کریں اور باقی سب کو باطل قرار دے دیں جس کا نتیجہ اکثر یہ نکلتا ہے کہ دوسرا فرد بھی اس رویہ کی وجہ سے ہمارے جیسا رویہ اپنا لیتا ہے اس طرح دونوں افراد ایک دوسرے کی رائے سے منہ پھیر کر اپنی رائے پر مصر ہوجاتے ہیں اور سیکھنے سمجھنے کے تمام راستے بند کرلیتے ہیں.

دینی لحاظ سے دیکھا جائے تو اس بارے میں مولانا مودودی کا نام لینا پسند کروں گا کہ کئی دفعہ علمی مسائل پر اختلاف کے جوابات دینے کے بعد اکثر انکا جملہ یہی ہوتا تھا کہ "جہاں تک میری سمجھ بوجھ ہے اس لحاظ سے میری رائے یہی ہے کوئی سمجھتا ہے کہ اسکی رائے زیادہ مضبوط ہے تو وہ اس پر عمل کرے".شاید ان کے اسی طرز عمل نے مجھے انکی تحاریر کا گرویدہ بنایا. بیشتر بالغ نظر علماء کے جواب یہی ہوتے ہیں. شاید میں بھول رہا ہوں ایک امام* کے بارے میں ہے کہ وہ ہر فتوی کے آخر میں "واللہاعلم" کہنا نہ بھولتے. ایک اور عالم* بیشتر مسائل کے جواب میں "لا ادری" (مجھے نہیں معلوم) کہنے میں نہ ہچکچاتے .مودودی صاحب جیسے اسی طرح کے الفاظ میں غامدی صاحب سے بھی کسی ٹی وی پروگرام میں سن چکا ہوں. دوسری جانب ایک اور صاحب جو آج کل ٹی وی میں کافی دکھائی دیتے ہیں (میں نام نہیں لوں گا) ایک مسئلہ کے جواب میں سائل سے کہتے ہیں کہ "جن سے آپ نے مسئلہ معلوم کیا ہو ہوسکتا ہے انکا علم اتنا نہ ہو!" بہرحال پہلے بیان کئے گئے جملے اور اس جملے کا فرق آپ دیکھ سکتے ہیں اختلاف رائے میں لہجہ بھی کافی فرق پیدا کرتا ہے.

تحریر لکھنے کا مقصد یہی ہے کہ سابقہ دور میں بیشتر علماء ایک دوسرے سے اختلاف رائے رکھنے کے باوجود بھی ایک ساتھ مل بیٹھ کر تحقیق کیا کرتے تھے انکے آپس کے تعلقات اچھے ہوتے یہی اثر انکی رائے پر عمل کرنے والوں میں بھی تھا. لیکن آج بیشتر مسائل شاید اسی وجہ سے ہیں کہ ہم اپنی رائے دوسروں پر تھوپنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں اور اختلاف رائے کو اپنی انا کا مسئلہ بنا لیتے ہیں. واللہ اعلم

یہ میری رائے تھی اگر کوئی ساتھی تصحیح یا اس میں اضافہ کرنا چاہیں تو ضرور مدد کریں. جزاک اللہ

بارہ دسمبر کی سرد رات اور ایک چینل پر چلنے والا ٹِکر، بنگلہ دیش جماعت اسلامی کے رہنما عبدالقادر مولاہ کو پھانسی دے دی گئی. حسینہ واجد نے اپنے باپ کے نقش قدم پر چلتے ہوئے ظلم اور پرو-انڈیا ہونے کی روایت قائم کی اور دوسری جانب عبدالقادر نے انبیاء کی سنّت کو زندہ کرتے ہوئے موت کو گلے لگا لیا لیکن باطل کی خدائی کو قبول نہ کیا. انہوں نے دنیاوی عدالتوں سے رہم کی اپیل نہ مانگی وہ چاہتے تو اپیل کر سکتے تھا لیکن اپنے قائد مودودی کے نقشِ قدم پر چلتے ہوئے انہوں نے اس اپیل کی ضرورت محسوس نہ کی اور اپنا مقدمہ یقیناً اللہ کے یہاں پیش کیا ہوگا بے شک اللہ ہی منصف اعلی ہے.

یہ وہی عبدالقادر مولاہ ہے کہ جن کے پاس ایک دن پہلے انکا وکیل جاتا ہے اور ملاقات کے بعد حیرت سے کہتا ہے کہ مجھے تو لگا ہی نہیں کہ اس شخص کو رات پھانسی ہونے والی ہے. وہی اطمینان بھرا لہجہ وہی چمکتا چہرہ وہی مسکراہٹ لئے مجھ سے کیس کی تفصیلات پر بات کرتا ہے جیسے کچھ ہوا ہی نہ ہو.

آخری اطلاعات تک عوامی ردِّ عمل کی خبریں ہیں، عوام نے احتجاج کیا، اقوام متحدہ نے اپیل کی، ترکی کے صدر اس بربریت پر چلا اٹھے لیکن بنگلہ حکومت خونِ ناحق اپنے سر لینے پر تل گئی. لیکن مجھے ان سے شکایت نہیں مجھے تو ان پاکستانیوں سے شکایت ہے جو حکومتی سطح پر ایک احتجاج بھی نہ ریکارڈ کروا سکے، اگر پاکستان اپنا احتجاج ریکارڈ کرواتا یا سفارتی تعلقات منقطع کرنے کی دھمکی دیتا تو بہت کچھ ہو سکتا تھا لیکن ایسا نہ ہو سکا، جو جماعت اسلامی پاکستان کو البدر بنانے پر اور پاکستان بچانے کی کوشش پر آج تک طعنے دے رہے ہیں انکی نظر میں جماعت اسلامی بنگلہ دیش کی کیا اہمیت.

سوچتا ہو اگر اس دور میں جماعت نے سقوطِ ڈھاکہ کی مخالفت کے بجاۓ حمایت کی ہوتی تو یہ سب نہ ہوتا، اگر بنگلہ جماعت کے لیڈران ملک سے فرار ہوگئے ہوتے تو یہ سب نہ ہوتا، لیکن ملک بچانے کی کوشش بھی کی! اپنی زمین اور لوگوں کو چھوڑ کے بھی نہیں گئے، اسلام سے وفادار رہے اور اسکا صلہ شہادت کی صورت میں ملا، یقیناً عبدالقادر مولاہ کے چہرہ پر وہی نور ہوگا، وہی مسکراہٹ ہوگی، وہی اطمینان ہوگا، شہادت کا مزہ دنیا کیا جانے یہ تو اللہ والوں، اسلام کے شیدائیوں، محمد کے غلاموں اور اقبال کے شاہینوں کا تحفہءِخاص ہے. ایک اور سولہ دسمبر آیا چاہتا ہے... کون کہتا ہے تاریخ خود کو نہیں دہراتی!

غلطیاں لاتعداد، مگر حل کیا ہے؟

مجھے اچھی طرح یاد ہے پہلا ڈرون حملہ ہوا تھا، یہ باجوڑ کا ایک مدرسہ تھا. اس میں تقریباً اسّی طلباء تھے جو موقع پر شہید ہوئے جبکہ زخمیوں کی ایک بڑی تعداد ہوئی. اس موقع پر بعض افراد نے یہ کہہ کر غلط بیانی کی کہ اس علاقہ میں آبادی نہیں لیکن باجوڑ کے ایک رکن قومی اسمبلی نے اسمبلی میں کھڑے ہو کر کہا کہ وہاں آبادی ہے اور اس آبادی کے قریب ہی مدرسہ ہے جس کو نشانہ بنایا گیا اور بے گناہ افراد کو شہید کیا گیا ہے. اس وقت مذہبی اور محب وطن جماعتوں نے "گو امریکہ گو" اور "جو امریکہ کا یار ہے غدار ہے" کا نعرہ بلند کیا جس کا ابتداء میں چند افراد و جماعتوں نے استہزاء اڑایا مگر آج یہ نعرہ ہماری قومی بقا کا نعرہ بن گیا ہے. جب ہمارے ملک کے ایک بڑے شہر سے ایک امریکی شہری نے چند افراد کا قتل کیا لیکن افسوس اس قاتل کو راہِ فرار دی گئی جس کا نتیجہ یہ نکلا کہ انکی ہمت بڑھی اور انہوں نے ہمارے ملک میں کھلے عام کاروائیاں شروع کردیں. ایبٹ آباد کا واقعہ ہوا جس پر ہمارے حکمرانوں نے کہا "گریٹ وکٹری"، مگر بعد کے واقعات نے ثابت کیا کہ وہ "گریٹ ڈیفیٹ" تھی. اس کے بعد ملک میں کھلے عام غیر ملکی ایجنٹ گھومتے رہے مگر ہم ان سے سوال نہ کر سکے. اسلام آباد کی سڑک پر تین چار امریکی ایک جعلی نمبر پلیٹ والی گاڑی میں پکڑے جاتے ہیں مگر سفارت خانے کی ایک کال پر انہیں چھوڑ دیا جاتا ہے. ممکن ہے وہی امریکی کہیں حملہ یا دھماکہ کردیں اور بھاگ جائیں تو ہم اس کیس کو طالبان سے منسوب کردیتے ہیں تاکہ فائل بھی دب جائے اور کیس بھی انجام کو پہنچ جائے، ہم ممکنات کی نفی نہیں کرسکتے.
ہم اس ملک میں ایک وسیع و عریض امریکی ایمبیسی کی تعمیر کی اجازت دیتے ہیں جس میں سات سو افراد کی رہائش کا انتظام ہے. ہمارے اہلکار اس میں پَر بھی نہیں مار سکتے، ہم انہیں پورا موقع فراہم کر رہے ہیں کہ وہ ہمارے علاقوں میں پھریں گھومتے رہیں، گاؤں دیہات قبائلی علاقہ جات و  مضافات میں مٹرگشت کریں ان علاقوں میں جائیں جہاں ہم نہیں جا سکتے ان افراد سے بات کریں جن سے ہم نہیں مل سکتے اور پھر ہم حیران ہیں کہ ان دہشتگردوں کو "بیرونی مدد" کہاں سے مل رہی ہے. شَک ہم انڈیا پر کرتے ہیں جبکہ اس بیرونی مدد کو ہم نے پناہ دارلحکومت میں غیرملکی ایمبیسیوں میں دے رکھی ہے.
ہم نے صلیبی جنگ میں صلیب کا ساتھ دیا، مسلمان ہوتے ہوئے صلیبیوں کو رسد پہنچائی، افغانستان میں ان کے ہاتھ مضبوط کئے، اور اپنے افغان بھائیوں کے قتلِ عام میں امریکی اور نیٹو کی افواج کا ہاتھ بٹایا. اس کے باوجود ہم یہ توقع کرتے ہیں کہ افغان عوام ہم پر بھروسہ کرینگے. ہم نے یہ نہ سوچا کہ لاکھوں افغانی اس ملک میں مہاجرانہ زندگی بسر کر رہے ہیں ہمارے امریکیوں کو مدد کرنے پر وہ بھی بگڑ سکتے ہیں، افغانستان میں اگر انکا رشتہ دار مارا جائے تو انتقامی جذبے میں آکر وہ بھی ملوث ہوسکتے ہیں ہم نے اس بات کو سمجھے بغیر جنگ میں چھلانگ ماری اب اندر باہر ہر طرف سے دشمن مار رہا ہے اور ہمیں پتہ ہی نہیں چلتا کہ کون مار رہا ہے اور ہم حیران ہیں کہ ہم پر حملے کیوں ہوتے ہیں اور ماننے کو تیار نہیں کہ یہ غلط پالیسیوں کا نتیجہ ہیں اور ان غلط پالیسیوں کو سدھارنے کے بجاۓ نئی پالیسی بنانے کو مسئلہ کا حل سمجھ رہے ہیں، نتیجہ صفر!
ایک ایٹمی طاقت ہونے کے باوجود بھی دنیا کی بڑی فوج ہونے کے باوجود بھی، ہم بحیثیتِ قوم کسی سے آنکھ اٹھا کر بات نہیں کرسکتے. اللہ کے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا تھا جس کا مفہوم ہے کہ ایک وقت آئیگا کہ غیرمسلم اقوام تم پر اس طرح ٹوٹ پڑیںگی جیسے بھوکا دسترخوان پر جبکہ اس وقت افرادی طاقت میں بھی سمندری جھاگ کی مانند ہونگے. شاید وہ وقت آچکا ہے.
وجہ کیا ہے؟ ہم نے اسلام کا سبق بھلا دیا ہم نے ملتِ اسلامیہ کے فلسفہ کو پسِ پردہ ڈال دیا، ہر کام بنا سوچے کیا نتیجہ یہ کہ اللہ نے ہم پر بحیثیت قوم ذِلت مقرر کردی. اب حل صرف یہ ہے کہ اپنی شناخت اپنی بنیاد اسلام کی جانب پلٹنا ہوگا. ہمیں اسلام کے مطابق فیصلے کرنے پڑینگے ہمیں اپنے مسائل کا حل اسلام میں تلاش کرنا پڑیگا جب ہی ممکن ہے کہ اللہ ہم سے راضی ہوگا اور ہمیں عروج کی جانب لیجائیگا.

جماعت اسلامی نے اس ملک کو کیا دیا؟

پچھلے کچھ دنوں سے بعض لوگوں کی جانب سے سوال آیا کہ جماعت اسلامی نے اس ملک کیلئے کیا خدمات انجام دیں. اگر یہ لوگ اپنے اطراف میں نگاہ دوڑائیں اور اپنے ذہن کو تعاصب سے پاک کریں تو انہیں کئی مثالیں مل جائیں گی. لیکن اس کیلئے تعصب کی پٹی آنکھوں سے ہٹانا شرط ہے.
جماعت اسلامی ہی کی وجہ سے اس ملک کو اسلامی تشخص ملا. قرارداد مقاصد جس نے پاکستان کو ایک اسلامی شناخت دی اس کا سہرہ جماعت اسلامی کے سر ہی جاتا ہے. شاید کوئی اور جماعت تمام سیاسی قوتوں کو ایک ایشو پر اکھٹا نہ کر سکتی، لیکن جماعت کی محب وطن قیادت نے اس کام کو بھی سر انجام دیا.
ملک کی ضروریات اور وسائل کی کمی کو محسوس کرتے ہوئے جماعت اسلامی نے ملک کے طول و عرض میں الخدمت کے نام سے فلاحی کاموں کا بیڑا اٹھایا اور اس پلیٹ فارم سے غریبوں کی مالی مدد کی، یتیموں کے لئے یتیم خانوں کی تعمیر کے ساتھ ساتھ اسکا نظام چلایا. قدرتی آفات میں یہ جماعت اسلامی ہی ہے جو  قوم کی مدد میں ہر اول دستہ تشکیل دیتی ہے. بیواؤں کی کفالت سے لیکر غریب گھرانوں کی لڑکیوں کی شادی کیلئے مالی مدد فراہم کرنا.
کراچی سے لے کر خیبر تک مستحق طلبا کیلئے مدارس اور اسکول کے مضبوط ادارے قائم کرنا تاکہ ہر بچہ تعلیم حاصل کرکے اپنے مستقبل کو بہتر بنا کر اس ملک کے کام آسکے.
اکھتّر کی جنگ میں جب مشرقی پاکستان میں انڈیا کی ملی بھگت سے انارکی برپا ہوئی تو اسلامی جمعیت طلبہ اور جماعت اسلامی کے کارکنان فوج کی مدد کیلئے 'البدر' کے نام سے ہر اول دستہ بنے، جن علاقوں میں فوج نہیں جاسکی ان علاقوں میں کاروائیاں کرکے انڈیا کی بالادستی کو کم کیا اور پاک فوج کیلئے راہ ہموار کی اور اس کوشش میں جمعیت اور جماعت کے دس ہزار سے زیادہ کارکنان نے ملک و ملت اور اسلام کی خاطر اپنی جانوں کا نظرانہ پیش کیا. آج بھی اس ہی پاداش میں جماعت اسلامی بنگلہ دیش کے رہنماؤں کو سزائے موت سنائیں جارہی ہیں.
افغان جھاد میں بھی اس ہی روایت کو برقرار رکھا اور اپنے مسلمان افغان بھائیوں کے شانہ بشانہ روس سے جنگ کی، اور اسکو گرم پانیوں تک نہ آنے دیا، یہ سب کچھ اسلام اور پاکستان کے دفاع کی خاطر کیا.
اس ملک میں اگر افراد کو کتاب سے شغف ہے تو اس تعلق کو برقرار رکھنے میں بھی جماعت اسلامی کا ایک بڑا کردار ہے، جماعت اسلامی پڑھے لکھے اور اعلی تعلیم یافتہ لوگوں کی جماعت ہے اور تعلیم کا فروغ جماعت کی اساس میں سے ہے.
جہاں بہت سی سیاسی جماعتوں کے رہنما اپنے دامن پر جعلی ڈگری کا تمغہ سجائے ہوئے ہیں اس اندھیر نگری میں جماعت کے امیدواران روشنی کی کرن بن کر ابھرے. الیکشن میں جماعت اسلامی وہ واحد جماعت رہی جس کا ہر امیدوار اعلی تعلیم یافتہ تھا.
جماعت اسلامی نے سابقہ حکومت میں صوبہ سرحد کی حکومت کا نظام بہتر طور پر چلا کر اپنی اہلیت ثابت کی.
جماعت اسلامی کے نامزد کردہ سٹی ناظم جناب نعمت اللہ خان کی کراچی کو ایک بار پھر روشنیوں کا شہر بنانے کی کوشش کسی سے چھپی نہیں. سڑکوں اور فلائی اوور کی تعمیر، ہر علاقے میں پارک کی مخصوص جگہوں پر قیام، واٹر ٹریٹمنٹ پلانٹ کا قیام اور اس کے علاوہ کئی سو بڑے پراجیکٹس کا افتتاح اور بجٹ پاس کیا جو آنے والی سٹی گورنمنٹ نے اپنے حصہ میں لکھوالیا لیکن بہرحال شہر کراچی کی تعمیر مقصد تھی جس کو جماعت نے بااحسن وخوبی انجام کیا.
قادیانی مسئلہ ایک بہت بڑا اور پیچیدہ مسئلہ تھا جس کو جمعیت نے اٹھایا اور جماعت نے اس مسئلہ کو پارلیمنٹ کے ذریعہ حل کروایا، اس موقع پر ملک کی تمام جماعتوں کو ایک پلیٹ فارم پر متحد بھی جماعت اسلامی نے ہی کیا.
ملکی سلامتی کے معاملات پر جماعت نے بڑے بڑے اتحاد قائم کئے.اکھتّر کے آئین پر تمام سیاسی قوتوں کو جماعت نے متحد کیا. جو قوم مختلف انداز میں بٹی ہوئی تھی اس قوم کو اور بیشتر اسلامی قوتوں کو متحدہ مجلس عمل کے پلیٹ فارم پر متحد کیا. ملک کے دفاع کی خاطر دفاع پاکستان کونسل کے نام سے اکھٹا کیا.
اس ملک کے عوام لاکھ دوسری جماعتوں کو ووٹ دیں لیکن جب ملک کے لئے حساس معاملات میں فیصلے کرنے کا وقت آتا ہے یا جس وقت کسی ملکی معاملے میں عوام کو کسی ایک راۓ کا انتخاب کرنا پڑتا ہے تو رہنمائی کیلئے سب کی نگاہیں جماعت اسلامی کی قیادت کی جانب ہی اٹھتیں ہیں کیوں کہ جماعت اسلامی ووٹوں پر اور نہ ہی سیٹوں پر بلکہ اس ملک کی عوام کے دلوں پر حکمرانی کرتی ہے.
جہاں اس ملک میں کرپشن کے قصے عام ہیں ان سب میں جماعت اسلامی وہ واحد جماعت ہے جس کا دامن ہر طرح کی عصبیت اور کرپشن سے پاک ہے، جماعت کے مخالفین بھی اسکا اعتراف کرتے ہیں. ..
عربی کا ایک مشہور محاورہ ہے
"والحق ماشھدت بہ الاعدآء" یعنی "سچائی تو وہ ہے جس کی گواہی دشمن بھی دے".
یہ تو چند ملکی خدمات ہیں، جماعت اسلامی ملک و ملت کی خدمت پر یقین رکھنے والی جماعت ہے، شاید جماعت کی خدمات ایک کالم میں پوری نہ لکھ سکوں لیکن  اگر اس قدر تفصیل کے بعد بھی کوئی سوال کرے کہ "یہ تو ٹھیک ہے لیکن جماعت نے ملک کو کیا دیا؟" تو ایسے افراد کے سوال کا جواب ہے: "السلام علیکم و رحمتہ اللہ"

منور حسن جواب دیں، انہیں سچ بولنے کا حق کس نے دیا اور وہ بھی اتنا بڑا اور کھرا سچ جس نے امریکہ، اسٹیبلیشمنٹ اور امریکہ نواز تمام اتّحادیوں کو ہِلا کہ رکھ دیا اور نہ صرف جھنجوڑا بلکہ انہیں حقِ نمک ادا کرنے کا فریضہ یاد دلا دیا. منور حسن جواب دیں کہ کس نے انہیں حق دیا کہ وہ یہ معاملہ اس وقت اٹھائیں جب سب اتحادی امریکہ کی گود میں بیٹھے خواب خرگوش کے مزے لے رہے تھے کے یک دم کس نے انکی کرسیوں کو ہلا دیا، جب سب جماعتیں اور حکومتی اتحادی امریکہ کی ہاں میں ہاں کو ہی کامیابی سمجھ رہے تھے تو اس وقت کس نے کہا تھا کہ کلمہِ حق کہیں!
آئی ایس پی آر کہتی ہے جواب دیں، منور حسن جواب دیں کہ انہیں کس نے حق دیا کہ کسی کو شہادت کا سرٹیفیکیٹ دیں جبکہ یہ حق تو صرف آئی ایس پی آر، میڈیا اور چند سیاسی جماعتوں کہ پاس ہے. یہ حق تو صرف اس جیو چینل کہ پاس ہے جو کچھ دن پہلے ٹِکر چلاتا ہے کہ "گلشن کے علاقے میں فائرنگ ایک فرد ہلاک اور ذوالجناح شہید"، یہ حق تو ان "سچائی کہ علمبرداروں" کہ پاس ہے کہ اپنی مرضی سے شہادت کا لیبل چسپا کریں.
یہ حق تو شاید صرف ان لسانی سیاسی جماعتوں کے پاس ہے جو ہر ٹارگٹ کلنگ میں مرنے والے کارکن کو شہادت کا سرٹیفیکیٹ جاری کردیتے ہیں. یہ حق تو صرف حکومتی نمائندوں کہ پاس ہے جو اسلامی قانون کو کالا قانون کہتے ہیں اور جب کوئی جذباتی انسان اس توہین کا ان سے بدلہ لیتا ہے تو جواب میں انکو شہادت کا رتبہ مل جاتا ہے.
اس طرح کے بیان سے تو پاک آرمی کے.مقصد "وار آن ٹیرر" کو ٹھیس پہنچے گی اور یہ بھی ہو سکتا ہے کہ امریکہ امداد بند کردے. پھر یہ کرنل جنرل کے بڑے بڑے پروٹوکول کا خرچ کہاں سے پورا ہوگا...
یہ سوال نہ اٹھتا تو نہ جانے کب تک امریکہ کی مسلط کی گئی جنگ کو ہم نہ جانے کب تک اپنی جنگ سمجھ کر لڑتے یہ جانتے ہوئے بھی کہ اس جنگ میں اور نیٹو سپلائی کا راستہ فراہم کرنے پر اور امریکہ کے ہاتھ مضبوط کرنے میں ہم اپنے افغان مسلمان بھائیوں کے قتل عام میں مدد فراہم کر رہے ہیں. اور اس جنگ میں کام آنے والے سپاہیوں کا مستقبل کیا ہے یہ اب تک ایک سوالیہ نشان ہے کیوں کہ دونوں جانب مرنے والا مسلمان ہے اور کلمہ گو ہے دونوں جانب صدا نعرہ تکبیر کی ہی بلند ہوتی یے. اس معاملہ کو اب کسی نہ کسی کروٹ بٹھانا ہوگا، ہماری فوج اور عوام کو کھل کر امریکی امداد اور پالیسیوں کا بائیکاٹ کرنا پڑیگا.
اور معافی تو بالکل مانگنی چاہئے کہ ہمیں معاف کرو ہم اب تک اس فوج کو اسلام کا سپاہی سمجھتے رہے جبکہ صد افسوس کہ حقیقت میں یہ امریکہ کے سپاہی نکلے.

زیادہ حیرت مجھے اس بات پر ہے کہ یہ آرٹیکل اگست کے شمارے میں شائع ہوا جو کہ دونوں ممالک کیلئے خاص مہینہ ہے حب الوطنی عروج پر ہوتی ہے. لہذا پاکستان میں اگست میں کوئی انڈیا پر آرٹیکل لکھے تو ہم اسے انڈین ایجنٹ کا خطاب دینے میں دیر نہیں لگائینگے. لیکن ایس آئی او والوں کی ہمت کو داد ہے جو انہوں نے ایک اقلیت ہوتے ہوئے انڈیا میں رہتے ہوئے اگست میں اپنے شمارے میں پاکستان کے اوپر ایک مثبت آرٹیکل کو جگہ دی جبکہ دونوں ملکوں میں کشمکش اس وقت بھی بارڈر پر جاری تھی. اپنی قیمتی آراء سے ضرور آگاہ کیجئے گا. جزاک اللہ

جمعیت سے کیا پایا

جمعیت سے باضابطہ رشتہ، رفاقت کی صورت بنتا ہے. جمعیت سے میرا تعارف ٢٠٠٧ میں ہوا اور اسی سال رفیق بنا، اِس بے معنی اور بے مقصد زندگی کو جیسے ایک شعور ایک راستہ مل گیا.اسلام کے حقیقی تصور سے واقف ہوا. صرف چھے سال کی رفاقت نے وہ کر دکھایا جو شاید بچپن سے اب تک کی تربیت نہ کر سکی. اس بزدل وجود کو حق کے لئے جان کی بازی لگانا سکھایا. اس لرزتی زبان کو مجمع میں بولنا سکھایا. سب سے بڑھ کر اس فانی دنیا کی حقیقت کھول کے بتا دی اور آخرت کی ابدی تصور سے روشناس کرایا. مجھے اب بھی یاد ہے میں گلے میں چین پہنتا تھا یہ شاید فیشن سے متاثر ہو کر یا پھر انگریزی رسم و رواج کی زنجیر تھی جو گلے میں عرصے سے پڑی ہوئی تھی، جس سے نجات ملی. اور سب سے بڑھ کر بھائیوں سے بڑھ کر زیادہ محبت، ایثار کرنے والے تحریکی بھائیوں سے ملایا. اے جمعیت تو سلامت رہے تاقیامت رہے...

Naseehat Apne Pass Rakhain!

Why I think Islamist should also participate in the field of political struggle.

One of a very good blogger Mr. Omer wrote something about the JI/JUI the political struggle which is being done by religious political parties and raised some questions which I tihnk needed to clarifies, because of we will not accept each other there will be formed more groups within groups among us and thus what I wrote the clarification is as follows, you can also read his blog:


I think by the above article first thing I noticed that what the author thinks is that JI is not doing what TJ and TI doing, the dars the dawat o tabligh JI is not absent from that field but politics is an additional job JI is doing, if you will minus elections fro JI it equals to TI. Talking of Ulema e Karaam, you gave the example of Imam Hanbal, he did not bent for what he though is correct, the same thing we are doing for "what we think is correct" this is not the following of western system, and it must be clarified that just like all other fields of life politics have e big impact on the lives of people and this field can not be remained empty or else, we will see a secular environment very soon. So Islamist should be involved in every field, if you think we are only into politics you are wrong.

In the 7th para, you showed a picture of "what if" wine allowed by parliament, I ask you what if Islamist not in the parliament then wine will be allowed without any hurdle, then who will be responsible? At least in that case we can stand up in the parliament and protest, and access to other parliamentarians and convince them on the issue.

Every one has their own strategies to work, for those people who think politics is the only way JI is there to guide, for those who think politics not the right way TI is there to guide and for those who think neither the two (JI TI) can help there is always TJ to guide. And for those who think every one is wrong there is always HT. All of them the objective is same is how to make our lives follow the same way Holy Prophet had followed.

Words like "religious political parties should leave politics" are harsh and they will result in the comment from religious political parties that "why dont you leave your areas of work and join religious political parties" OR "why dont Jihadis all over the world leave jihad and start mass movement, etc".

The need of the time is to accept each other and to collaborate with each other, bring people closer to Islam and its principles. May Allah Guide Us.

Election in Karachi 2013

It was a quite morning in Karachi 11 May 2013, election day the media was chanting people to come out of their homes and vote, but outside the situation was totally different: On the same day I get out of my home and voted for my party but I feel extreme fear becasue the whole city was shut and very few people were outside there homes, this was strange as this situation will certainly will make a very worse condition for that person who is going out to the polling with a positive mind. 

But despite that the condition of the city was favorable for criminal minds and those who are trying to win the elections by unfair means, but this situation is not advisable for positive people. 

Polling started and there are many areas like NA-253 and NA-250 where polling was not started after 3 to 4 hours have been passed this was reported by media. At NA-253, the polling agents were harrased at the Govt. Income Tax building where the Namaloom Afrad were wandering with their party badges on their shirts (which were not allowed already), it has been also reported that many people other than polling agents were inducted into the polling station to carry out their illegal activities. 

Army personnel were missing from the scene, however in some areas army was deployed but at many polling station army as well as no rangers person was present. 

Addressing a press conference in Karachi, JI ameer Munawar Hassan alleged that massive rigging was taking place in the two cities.

The party also announced of staging a sit-in (dharna) outside the office of the Election Commission’s at 5pm the election day.

“Rigging is taking place at every polling station,” said a party leader, adding that a Jamat Islami worker Rao Mujahid was kidnapped around two hours ago from NA-256 constituency and still remains missing. “Three other boys were beaten up and injured,” 

The JI chief held the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) responsible for all alleged rigging taking place in the two cities. “All those forces who backed the MQM did not do Pakistan a favour. They dug a grave against Pakistan and democracy,” he said.

“We want to tell those forces: don’t take side with terrorists only for a few votes,” he added.

Jamat Islami also announed a strike on May 13 2013 in protest of the rigging which was done in Karachi.

Read an article by Nadeem F Paracha one of the liberal writer from the big bag of liberals, "Dawn" newspaper. The main mistake of the article is that it is been written totally one sided . You might have heard, "Geedar Ki maut ati he to wo sheher ka rukh kerta hai". So, when the end of the era of Nadeem F Paracha came he started to write against the Islamic organization thinking that this might increase the numbers of readers of his writing pieces, yet he done the mistake and now the people outside the circle who might have started to read him will discontinue it. The same mistake is also observed by Hasan Nisar and some other writers, time has changed now, people know more about any group than these writers because they are observers but on the other side here are the real workers, the differences between Islamic/political group are not much as been portrayed by these writers. Below is given some of the points which I observed reading the piece of writing by Nadeem F Paracha. Yet this is also my comment for him on the blog (which I think makes them difficult to publish on the blog)

To Nadeem F. Paracha:

Please correct some facts, IJT was not formed by JI, yet IJT supports JI but they are not the makers, students are free in making thier own decision which can be seen in the past Nizam e Mustafa Movt. was lead by JI but IJT was not a part of it, this shows how much independent IJT is in its decision. 

From the start till the end you are proving that JI is with dictatorship, but thats not true. The fact is that JI has been under oppression of the dictatorship since the beginning. Taking this point you are trying to prove that similarly IJT is with dictators too, so if the start s wrong how can be the end be right?

Second thing you take JI as IJT in many places which is also not correct. Both the groups have their own governing bodies, councils, shoora, aims and objectives, even the flag is different unlike other party-owned-student-group.

It is not dictatorship which killed NSF DSF but the people of Pakistan who rejected Nationalism and thus rejected NSF/DSF. So, your cry over this matter seems crocodile tears to me.

Another thing, I can not find the official military wing of Thunder squad, however I can find Al Badar officially recognized by JI, so its seems Thunder squad is a lie while Al Badar is authentic, which fought in the East Pakistan against pro indian Mukti Bahni.

IJT still opposes Zia's action for banning the student unions, it was IJT from which Zia was afraid so banned the total student union.

And above all, the title seems awkward, the rise and "fall" ? Lets take a look at the whole country student politics, we can see IJT all over Pakistan (still now) but APMSO only in Karachi and PSF in KPK while MSF enclosed in Lahore, so IJT was not at fall, in my point of view it is still the largest growing student group, even in the Musharraf era when he openly supported the Nationalist movements we can see IJT had yet made a place in the hearts of people.

At least one month passed that I have written the heading of the topic but couldn’t write it, sometimes time issue, sometimes I left it just by saying, its not my business etc. but today I read a comment of a youngster on facebook.com: "Ager Imran Khan Jew lobby ko chor dey to I like him because I don’t hate Imran Khan, I hate his Jew approach." So I thought I should explain a little about Jew Approach and Jew Community. If you study the Jewish culture, society and their approach you will come to know some major points on which Jewish community stands strong on the planet.

Unity of the Jewish people is the key of their success and there is no question about their unity within their community, even you cannot convert to Judaism because they do not trust the outsiders that why they developed their system and made it so secure and for that they stick to their religion.

I visited Austria in 2008 and along with the locals, I saw two persons. A Pakistani and a Jew and the difference between the two were that the Jew was in a long beard with their specific small cap and the Jew dress of a long coat. In the crowd he was looking like a unique and a guy from other planet but he was confident and he was not ready to even look at the curious eyes of the people, because his religion commands him to wear and dress up like that so religion is the priority.

After sticking to the religion the Jews decided to rule the world for that first they got the power of UNITY then the religion and now they wanted the Economy. It’s a long story how they developed the first bank to buy the homeland for themselves and what they did. The point is to get the hold of Economy they start business and established so many big empires in almost every sector of the business. Science/society/entertainment/foods/manufacturing etc. you name the business they are in it and at the top. Not only they established their own businesses, they also looked at the world that who is trying to compete them, and whoever tried to compete they did whatever they could to ruin that person/business if it is killing or purchasing that business or any other extreme step.

Finally comes to the bravery, a nation who is looking at the top of the world and who plans to rule the world ,its important for them to be brave and bold and they should be ready and prepared to go to any extreme limit against anything comes to their way, and that is in the JEWs.

Having a short summary of the qualities of the Jews lets look into the PAKISTANI JEWISH community. For last few days our great politicians, scholars has started a slogan that Imran khan is working on the Jewish lobby as he married a Jewish girl. I already explained that the Jews do not accept you as one of them, you cannot convert to Judaism. For being a Jew you must be the son of a Jew. Otherwise you cannot be accepted. So having a Jew wife is not going to declare you as a Jew. But there are qualities of Jews which we see in our people and we call them as Jew part. Let’s look at Mr. Molana Fazlurrehman.

He is one of the biggest politicians and a great mind. He can change any political situation in the country. But you will be surprised that he has got the Jews qualities in him, the qualities I mentioned above.

Religious approach as by face he is a confirmed Muslim and a religious extremist as USA says so being an extremist he has the biggest quality of Jews as the Jews are the most extremist nation of the world religiously.

Another Jews quality holder in the country is Mr. Nawaz shareef. He has got the economic quality of Jews in him as he holds the second position of the richest Pakistanis. But as I see, he is on first position, as on ranking the first position is with Mr. President but the presidents most of the wealth is out of the country and Sharif's major businesses are in the country so from this point of view Shareef is on first position in the country. 

As the Jews approach to hold the world is that get hold on the economic measures and businesses of the world. I have heard about a myth of Jews that they are trying to make 100 business units worldwide and get everything under these business units. For example, in communications they are trying to make single communications company and they are purchasing all the communication units worldwide or establishes their communication network by other names but the main thing is that all their communication will comes under one unit. Same is the approach for banking sector, they are buying all big banks worldwide so that all money comes to their single umbrella, this is a good approach, this way you will easily handle the big picture of your business. Having this approach one must keep this in mind that u should not let any competitor to your way, so the basic idea is to hold the money of the world by yourself and everybody becomes a slave of Jews. The same is with Nawaz shareef...you want to know? Look, there are 4 main stream parties.

1. PPP

2. PMLN

3. Jamat Islami

4. PTI

PTI is not in the ruling class at this time but still they have got a nation wide support. Now let’s study their voters. PPP has got country's major part of the uneducated voter’s don’t believe they have an educated community vote bank even if there is any. I don’t agree with that voter. I mean how come a Ph.D. can follow a Matriculate Ticket Blacker? Technically it’s not possible. And if it is, it’s not the support, it’s a deal.

As we have a big example of Aitezaz Ahsan. He is an educated intellectual personality but he got a deal, not support so in deal he becomes the senator.

PMLN has got the business class of the country. Businessmen have their interests with businessmen, not the employees so expecting benefits from the BOSS is something impossible. BOSS is BOSS because he knows how to keep the employee an employee forever. The day a BOSS starts thinking about the benefits of the employee, he begins his end. So PMLN controls the economy of the country which is again the JEWS sign.

Jamat Islami has got a different mindset of voters. We cannot say they have the religious vote of the country, but yes they attract the religious and more educated class vote too.

PTI, now PTI is a new comer in the game and they have got the attention of every type of the voter mainly the educated class, and the class who never voted in last 25 years. I hope PTI will bring a little change; I used the word LITTLE because the nation needs a BIG BANG to wakeup. And the way PTI is playing their role to awake the nation is a slow move. 

So the point was that who is the Jew of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is. So religious extremism is with Fazlur Rehman, the economic power of the country is with Nawaz shareef, and they call Imran khan a Jew. I don’t know how they are going to prove that! I have proved my statements. If you deny, please comment.

Dear Burhan, every person has its own opinion but I think this is not the way you can not say a person Jew (Kafir) so easily , you never know if he is a true Muslim then you will become a non-muslim, as titling someone a non-muslin and sticking the fatwas of Kufr is not liked in Islam. You should be careful in your world always. Second thing you are comparing Jews and Pakistanis, which is not justice, as Jew is a religious group while Pakistani is a nationality, which constitute of majority like Muslim and minorities like Christians, Hindus, Jews, etc. Second thing the points are Jew approach Unity, Religion, Economy and War are not non-Islamic attitude, even I think if the Muslims wants to rule the world they should have to follow Islamic Fundamentalism in a true manner. Unity is a must and orders by Islam, “Innamal mominoona Ikhwa”; we can not deviate from our Islamic laws. We should also look upon the Islamic teachings of economics, to make a better economy and finally Jehad which is mandatory. These four laws can also make us rule the world. 

I also want to criticize your statement that Jews are brave, you can say they are Zalim, but not brave!

Hafiz Muhammad Saeed is a renowned Islamic scholar and leader from Pakistan, his organization Jamat Ud Dawa, is among the most popular nonpolitical organization in Pakistan, related to Ahl e Hadith School of thought, Jamat Ud Dawa is alleged to be supporting Jihad e Kashmir as well.
Despite the myths spread about Hafiz Saeed, the fact is that Jamat Ud Dawa is widely involved in welfare activities on national level, they have a wide and organized network of clinics, hospitals, masjids, madrasas, schools and various welfare activities, thousands of volunteers are permanently working for Jamat Ud Dawa as well everyday many people temporary volunteer in the events and routine activities.
There are many organizations working in the Kashmir, involved in Jihad, Jamat Ud Dawa openly supports them, and in most of the cases contribute in the Jihad as well.
After the Mumbai attacks, Indian Government has put allegation upon Pakistan, specially on Hafiz Saeed and Jamat Ud Dawa, a resolution was also raised in the UN security council, which was later approved and as a result of which Offices, Schools, Madrasas of Jamat Ud Dawa were sealed as well as their bank accounts were freeze by the Government of Pakistan. Hafiz Saeed was victimized. But, he countered the allegations and later came out innocent. The court declared Hafiz Saeed innocent, and all his organizational activities were resumed. This was a large success not only for Hafiz Saeed and Jamat Ud Dawa but for all the Islamic organizations of Pakistan as they can now work freely under the liberty provided by the constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Keeping in mind the American involvement in Pakistan, the drone attacks and the NATO supply issues, Jamat Ud Dawa along with other 40 other organizations, organized a forum with the name of "Difa e Pakistan" (Defend Pakistan), this council organized conferences in key cities nationwide with the name of "Difa e Pakistan Conference" (Defend Pakistan Conference) this was a great step, to mobilize the public and give them the courage to speak openly against the American imposed policies. Despite all the criticism of the secular parties, masses attend these conferences and give full support; these council / conferences also contain some organizations previously banned by Government of Pakistan, some are still under restriction though. But despite that this was a necessary step in making them familiar to the mainstream political affairs. Seeing the masses in conferences it was also said by some political analyst that it might possible that Hafiz Saeed
can join politics and take part in next elections, however Hafiz denied this.
03 April 2012, USA named 10 Million dollars on Hafiz Saeed's head, he was included in the list of most wanted terrorists by USA, and this step was done after the restless efforts and pressure done by Indian Government. In an interview by Geo, on this decision taken by USA, Hafiz Saeed replied, "I have faith, if my death is written then no one can keep me alive, but if Allah wants me to live, no one can kill me but Allah, we will spread our Dawa in whole Pakistan including FATA too". The Islamic organizations of Pakistan condemn this step of USA to put Hafiz head on bounty. On April 04, 2012 Ameer e Jamat Islami Syed Munawar Hasan said, "America want to finish each voice raised against its oppression and cruelty, but the nation is with Hafiz Saeed and will die for his protection indeed". Islamic organizations have showed their full support with Hafiz Saeed and Jamat Ud Dawa. Social media is flooded with the messages in Support of Hafiz Saeed.
Now, when these lines are written Hafiz Saeed travelling freely in Pakistan while Pakistani Government still thinking what step to be taken.
In my opinion this is the time to show USA, that we are not slaves, we don't want relations with USA but if its necessary then on equal basis, we can not put a person in jail or hang him to death, just because USA and India disliked him after he is been freed by our courts and found innocent. The Pakistani government should take courageous steps; this will give us a strong reason to deny all the decision imposed on Pakistan by USA.
