In Response To Abbas Nasir's Allegations

I have read the article of Abbas Nasir and I certainly want to disagree with various points of this article, I never expected from a journalist to show such immaturity in presenting facts, I hope this is not deliberately, so looking forward for correction from newspaper. First of all, IJT (student organization) is not associated with JI (the political organization) in any fact or backed. Its in the organization's constitution that it is nonpolitical. IJT follows some part of the literature of Syed Abul Aala Maududi doesnt make it a subsidiary of JI, similarly IJT follows literature of Dr. Israr as well, so this means IJT is associated to Tanzim Islami? No! Correction required here. Secondly, there is no such thing like "Thunder Squad" it was all the misalignment of facts to show the bad picture of a nonpolitical peaceful organization Islami Jamiat Talba, and I am amazed why these scholars never speak about those party funded terrorist of (MQM, PPP and ANP) who are been given death sentence by high and sindh courts, not to forget the 1981 PIA plane hijacking by PPP activist Saleemullah Tipu, on the other hand they write article on the basis of a "alleged conspiracy" which is not even trialed in court. Third thing, use of weapon is not allowed for IJT activists in any era, this is another molding of facts without proof, after this points I am confirmed on immaturity of write and will ask for the reference of this obligation, and if the writer is not ready to provide solid reference I will be looking forward for his apology. Again, I must say that I am not expecting such weak reports and blogs from respective newspaper website Dawn, such article will proof nothing but will start another conspiracy debate and several question on the authenticity of the other reports by newspaper will be raised. I rest my case.

میری لائبریری کی زینت بنی یہ کتاب " جنَّت کے مسافر"، کل پڑھنی شروع کی تو پڑھتا ہی چلا گیا. یہ کتاب میرے پاس میرے ناظم کے ذریعہ پہنچی جسے میں اب تک واپس نہیں کر پایا. سرورق ایک خوبصورت شعر لکھا ہے،

وہ دیکھ چمکتی رہ گزر

کرنا ہے تجھے ہمت سے سفر

فولاد کا دل رکھ سینے میں

آئیگا مزہ پھر جینے میں

ایک کے بعد ایک شہداء کے واقعات پڑھ کر معلوم ہوا کراچی میں کن نامساعد حالات میں جمعیت نے کام کیا اور ابھی تک یہ کام چل رہا ہے باطل کے دلوں پر اسی کی بدولت ہیبت طاری ہے اور یہ ہیبت یہ "دہشت" ان کے دلوں پر طاری رہیگی جب تک یہ باطل کی سرپرستی ترک نہیں کردیتے. حافظ محمد اسلم سے شروع ہوا یہ سلسلہ نہ جانے کب بند ہو، اللہ ان تمام لوگوں کو ہدایت دے جو ماؤں سے انکے جگر گوشہ چھین لیتے ہیں، بہت ہی سخت حساب دینا ہوگا انہیں شاید یہ کبھی سوچتے نہیں ...
کیا دوسری طلبہ تنظیمیں، کیا یونیورسٹی کی انتظامیہ، کیا پولیس کیا حکومت ہر طرف سے مخالفت کے تیر ہیں اور جمعیت کا سینہ، لیکن اس پر بھی جمعیت کا عزم اور حوصلہ قابل دید ہے. کوئی اور لوگ ہوتے تو کب کے مٹ چکے ہوتے لیکن یہ جمعیت ہے.
لوگ کہتے ہیں ہم کامیاب نہیں ہوئے مجھے نہیں معلوم دوسروں کیلئے کامیابی کا اصل مفہوم کیا ہے لیکن میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ لبرلز کی بے انتہا مخالفامہ کمپین کے بعد بھی جب نعرہ لگتا ہے "پاکستان کا مطلب کیا؟" تو جواب یہی آتا ہے "لا الہ الا اللہ" تو مجھے لگتا ہے ہمارا مقصد پورا ہوگیا!

شکیل الدین قریشی شہید کہا کرتے تھے، انسان مرے تو شہادت کی موت. ورنہ ایسی زندگی کا کیا فائدہ جو یونہی صبح شام کرتے ختم ہوجائے.

چھبیس دسمبر 1981 یوم شہادت دانش غنی جامعہ کراچی

چھبیس دسمبر 1981 یوم شہادت ہے دانش غنی شہید کا جن کو جامعہ کراچی میں نام نہاد لبرلزم کے علمبرداروں نے شہید کیا. دسمبر 1981 اسی سال این ای ڈی میں بھی جمعیت یونین کے انتخابات 800 ووٹوں کی بھاری اکثریت سے جیتی. جامعہ کراچی میں بھی بالآخر جمعیت کے کامیاب ہونے کے بعد سب نے جان لیا کہ طلبہ نے لبرلزم اور قوم پرستی کو مسترد کردیا ہے اور یہی بات ان نام نہاد لبرلز کے ماتھے کا کلنک بنی جس کا بدلہ انہوں نے دانش غنی جیسے طلبہ رہنماؤں کو شہید کر کہ لیا. لیفٹسٹ یہ سمجھے تھے کہ کچھ لوگوں کو شہید کرکے شاید تحریک کو روکا جاسکتا ہے، آج جمعیت کراچی تا خیبر زندہ ہے لیکن ان لبرلز کی طلبہ جماعتوں کا نام بھی کوئی نہیں جانتا!! وقت جانتا ہے جب بھی ہم نے اللہ کی عدالت میں اپنا کیس رکھا اللہ نے ظالموں کو برے انجام سے دوچار کیا.

دانش تیرا قافلہ رکا نہیں تھما نہیں

جمعیت کے بعد

جب ایک شخص جمعیت میں ایک عرصہ گزارنے کے بعد فارغ ہوتا ہے تو اسکی حالت اس بچے کی سی ہوتی ہے جو بھرے بازار میں اپنی ماں سے بچھڑ گیا ہو ایسے میں بعید نہیں کہ کوئی اسے اچک لے جائے.

ایک نئی اور بھرپور دنیا اس کے سامنے ہوتی ہے وہ غلط راستے کی جانب بھی جا سکتا ہے اور یہ بھی ممکن ہے کہ کسی اور تحریک کا آلہءکار بن جائے.

میرے لحاظ سے ایسی صورتحال میں بہتر طریقہ یہی ہے کہ کسی پاکیزہ اجتماعیت سے فوری طور پر منسلک ہوجایا جائےجیسے جماعت اسلامی اور اس ہی نظریہ کی بعض تنظیمیں، جماعت کے افراد سے رابطہ قائم کیا جائے اور اجتماعات اور دروسِ قرآن میں شرکت یقینی بنائی جائے. اگر یہ سب بھی نہ ہو سکے تو اسلامی لٹریچر سے اپنا تعلق مضبوط کیا جائے. جمعیت کے ترانے بھی تحریکی زندگی کی یادیں تازہ کرنے اور مقصد حیات کی یاد دہانی کیلئے اچھا ذریعہ ہیں.
جو رفقاء جماعت کا حصہ بن جائیں وہ بھی اس بات کو مدِّ نظر رکھیں کہ ان ساتھیوں کو نہ بھولیں جو مصروفیات کی وجہ سے اجتماعیت کو وقت نہیں دے پارہے، اس طرح ہم ایک دوسرے کو حوصلہ دلا کر دنیا آخرت کی کامیابی کا راستہ دکھا سکتے ہیں ورنہ بعید نہیں کہ وہ تحریکی ساتھی اس دنیا کی بھیڑ میں اور معاش کی تلاش میں گُم ہو کر رہ جائیں.
جمعیت سے فراغت کے بعد یہی دور مجھ پر بھی آیا اور اس دوران جو کچھ محسوس کیا اس کو تحریر کی صورت دے دی، کوئی غلطی ہو تو اصلاح فرمادیں. جزاک اللہ

اختلاف رائے

میری رائے یہ ہے آپکی رائے مجھ سے الگ ہو سکتی ہے. میں آپکی رائے کا احترام کرتا ہوں اور جواب میں یہ چاہتا ہوں کہ آپ میری رائے کا بھی اس ہی طرح احترام کریں جیسے کہ میں کرتا ہوں. آپ بھی ٹھیک ہوسکتے ہیں اور میری رائے بھی درست ہو سکتی ہے، یعنی ہم دونوں کی رائے بیک وقت ٹھیک ہو سکتی ہے یہ بھی ہوسکتا ہے کہ ہم دونوں کی رائے غلط ہو اور کسی تیسرے کی رائے ٹھیک ہو. ہم سب کو چاہئے ایک دوسرے کی رائے کا احترام کریں.

لیکن مسائل اس وقت پیدا ہوتے ہیں جب ہم اپنی رائے کو اپنی "انا" کا مسئلہ بنا لیں اور اسی پر ہی اصرار کریں اور باقی سب کو باطل قرار دے دیں جس کا نتیجہ اکثر یہ نکلتا ہے کہ دوسرا فرد بھی اس رویہ کی وجہ سے ہمارے جیسا رویہ اپنا لیتا ہے اس طرح دونوں افراد ایک دوسرے کی رائے سے منہ پھیر کر اپنی رائے پر مصر ہوجاتے ہیں اور سیکھنے سمجھنے کے تمام راستے بند کرلیتے ہیں.

دینی لحاظ سے دیکھا جائے تو اس بارے میں مولانا مودودی کا نام لینا پسند کروں گا کہ کئی دفعہ علمی مسائل پر اختلاف کے جوابات دینے کے بعد اکثر انکا جملہ یہی ہوتا تھا کہ "جہاں تک میری سمجھ بوجھ ہے اس لحاظ سے میری رائے یہی ہے کوئی سمجھتا ہے کہ اسکی رائے زیادہ مضبوط ہے تو وہ اس پر عمل کرے".شاید ان کے اسی طرز عمل نے مجھے انکی تحاریر کا گرویدہ بنایا. بیشتر بالغ نظر علماء کے جواب یہی ہوتے ہیں. شاید میں بھول رہا ہوں ایک امام* کے بارے میں ہے کہ وہ ہر فتوی کے آخر میں "واللہاعلم" کہنا نہ بھولتے. ایک اور عالم* بیشتر مسائل کے جواب میں "لا ادری" (مجھے نہیں معلوم) کہنے میں نہ ہچکچاتے .مودودی صاحب جیسے اسی طرح کے الفاظ میں غامدی صاحب سے بھی کسی ٹی وی پروگرام میں سن چکا ہوں. دوسری جانب ایک اور صاحب جو آج کل ٹی وی میں کافی دکھائی دیتے ہیں (میں نام نہیں لوں گا) ایک مسئلہ کے جواب میں سائل سے کہتے ہیں کہ "جن سے آپ نے مسئلہ معلوم کیا ہو ہوسکتا ہے انکا علم اتنا نہ ہو!" بہرحال پہلے بیان کئے گئے جملے اور اس جملے کا فرق آپ دیکھ سکتے ہیں اختلاف رائے میں لہجہ بھی کافی فرق پیدا کرتا ہے.

تحریر لکھنے کا مقصد یہی ہے کہ سابقہ دور میں بیشتر علماء ایک دوسرے سے اختلاف رائے رکھنے کے باوجود بھی ایک ساتھ مل بیٹھ کر تحقیق کیا کرتے تھے انکے آپس کے تعلقات اچھے ہوتے یہی اثر انکی رائے پر عمل کرنے والوں میں بھی تھا. لیکن آج بیشتر مسائل شاید اسی وجہ سے ہیں کہ ہم اپنی رائے دوسروں پر تھوپنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں اور اختلاف رائے کو اپنی انا کا مسئلہ بنا لیتے ہیں. واللہ اعلم

یہ میری رائے تھی اگر کوئی ساتھی تصحیح یا اس میں اضافہ کرنا چاہیں تو ضرور مدد کریں. جزاک اللہ

Because IJT stood against injustice!

Those who stand for the truth have to face consequences, this is the reason Jamiat is paying price of being firm against an unjust decision which was made by university administration as they cancelled allotment of the whole one boy’s hostel. Emptying a hostel means minimum of 5000 students will be homeless, and this was done by using force without the will of students. At this point Jamiat stand for justice, they are recognized as a student power and representatives of students of Punjab university, on behalf of the students they recorded their protest for not emptying the hostel, but against their will the police was called in the campus and the hostel was evacuated from boys by using force. If this is democracy then every student individual must have the right to protest and Jamiat was protesting in the campus on which again police was used to sabotage this peaceful protest, the resultant of which we are seeing, chaos.

By the analysis of the above situation we can clearly state that university administration is at fault. Students are the future of nation, using force on students can not be tolerated, in a democratic environment one must solve issues through talks and negotiations, but when strength is used then the first person to use it is guilty, and in this case the university administration is!

The role of media was surprising, seems like they were waiting for some news against Jamiat, so this time they break the news without any confirmation, the police did not identified who torched the bus, but the same media who use every violent news related to Karachi with the title of "unidentified armed men" this time they are publishing a fake story blaming Jamiat, without any proof without any evidence.

Every person can have differences on the concepts and ideology of the organization, but even those who are against Jamiat can endorse them for their trustworthy behavior and their pure character, even the strongest opponent can not blame Jamiat for corruption & vulgarity. But this time the media have shown a different story "wine"... do you ever drunk a wine with your party badge in it? This certainly prove how foolishly the story was cultivated, I wonder they did not get the idea of putting a Jamiat sticker on the bottle. Remember what they say, “Naqal Kay Liye Bhi Aqal Ki Zarurat Hoti Hai.”

And don’t forget vice chancellor and teachers who are been sued for doing bad with the students, the administration (vice chancellor) is creating this issue to hide his negligence in performing his duty but media is not showing this side, which shows true face of media. Media is not neutral but playing a part of a rival party.

In a talk show, the people from Jamaat Islami and Muslim League defended the character of Islami Jamiat Talba, because every person know this world is mortal, we have to answer on day in front of Allah, all lies will be exposed there. So be careful while giving your honest opinion about Islami Jamiat Talba.

جمعیت سے کیا پایا

جمعیت سے باضابطہ رشتہ، رفاقت کی صورت بنتا ہے. جمعیت سے میرا تعارف ٢٠٠٧ میں ہوا اور اسی سال رفیق بنا، اِس بے معنی اور بے مقصد زندگی کو جیسے ایک شعور ایک راستہ مل گیا.اسلام کے حقیقی تصور سے واقف ہوا. صرف چھے سال کی رفاقت نے وہ کر دکھایا جو شاید بچپن سے اب تک کی تربیت نہ کر سکی. اس بزدل وجود کو حق کے لئے جان کی بازی لگانا سکھایا. اس لرزتی زبان کو مجمع میں بولنا سکھایا. سب سے بڑھ کر اس فانی دنیا کی حقیقت کھول کے بتا دی اور آخرت کی ابدی تصور سے روشناس کرایا. مجھے اب بھی یاد ہے میں گلے میں چین پہنتا تھا یہ شاید فیشن سے متاثر ہو کر یا پھر انگریزی رسم و رواج کی زنجیر تھی جو گلے میں عرصے سے پڑی ہوئی تھی، جس سے نجات ملی. اور سب سے بڑھ کر بھائیوں سے بڑھ کر زیادہ محبت، ایثار کرنے والے تحریکی بھائیوں سے ملایا. اے جمعیت تو سلامت رہے تاقیامت رہے...

ہماری ترجیحات کیا ہیں

اتفاق سے میرا بھی تعلق کئی تعلیمی اداروں سے رہا. میرے ساتھی کلاس فیلوس مختلف پروگرامات کراتے تھے اور ان میں سے کئی موسیقی سے بھرپور ہوتے تھے. میں نے اور چند دوست جو مذہبی ذہن کے حامل تھے سوچا کہ اس طرح بھی ہو سکتا ہے کہ دین کی بات کلاس میں کی جائے لیکن جب ہم نے ایسا کرنے کا سوچا تو ہمیں روک دیا گیا. کافی دفعہ یہ سوال کیا جاتا کہ کس تنظیم کے ہو اور تمہیں اتنی کیوں فکر ہے لوگوں کہ ذہنوں میں اسلامی تعلیم انڈیلنے کی،میں سوچتا تھا کہ جب تعلیمی اداروں میں موسیقی کے پروگرام ہوتے ہیں تو ان سے اس پروگرام کا مقصد کیوں نہیں پوچھا جاتا؟ این ای ڈی میں ایک عرصہ گزارا صدی پرانی جامعہ جس میں کئی نئے نویلے ڈپارٹمنٹ بننے کے باوجود قریباً 2009میں مسجد کی توسیع ہوئی. ایک دفعہ Fast یونیورسٹی جانا ہوا مسجد ڈھونڈنے کے بعد گراؤنڈ کے اک کونے میں کچی زمین پر چند جاء نمازیں بچھی دیکھیں اس وقت بھی اسکا شمار اچھے اداروں میں ہوتا تھا اب سنا ہے اچھی بن گئی ہے مسجد. ایک دینی پروگرام Marriot میں ہوا تھا ہوٹل کے باھر ٹوٹی پھوٹی مسجد دیکھ کر شدید دکھ ہوا.
بتانے کا مقصد صرف اتنا تھا کہ ہماری ترجیحات کیا ہیں ہم دنیا کے لئے کتنا خرچ کرتے ہیں اور آخرت کے لئے کتنا. ہم آفس کی عمارت کیلئے پلازہ کھڑا کردیتے ہیں لیکن مسجد کے لئے بیسمنٹ کے کونے پر ٹوٹی پھوٹی جگی ہی ملتی ہے. بچوں کی تعلیم او لیولز میں ہونی چاہئے اسکے لئے دس ہزار فیس بھی کم اور گھر پر آنے والے قاری صاحب کی پانچ سو روپے فیس پر بھی تکرار...

Bleeding Green Proudly

Read an article by Nadeem F Paracha one of the liberal writer from the big bag of liberals, "Dawn" newspaper. The main mistake of the article is that it is been written totally one sided . You might have heard, "Geedar Ki maut ati he to wo sheher ka rukh kerta hai". So, when the end of the era of Nadeem F Paracha came he started to write against the Islamic organization thinking that this might increase the numbers of readers of his writing pieces, yet he done the mistake and now the people outside the circle who might have started to read him will discontinue it. The same mistake is also observed by Hasan Nisar and some other writers, time has changed now, people know more about any group than these writers because they are observers but on the other side here are the real workers, the differences between Islamic/political group are not much as been portrayed by these writers. Below is given some of the points which I observed reading the piece of writing by Nadeem F Paracha. Yet this is also my comment for him on the blog (which I think makes them difficult to publish on the blog)

To Nadeem F. Paracha:

Please correct some facts, IJT was not formed by JI, yet IJT supports JI but they are not the makers, students are free in making thier own decision which can be seen in the past Nizam e Mustafa Movt. was lead by JI but IJT was not a part of it, this shows how much independent IJT is in its decision. 

From the start till the end you are proving that JI is with dictatorship, but thats not true. The fact is that JI has been under oppression of the dictatorship since the beginning. Taking this point you are trying to prove that similarly IJT is with dictators too, so if the start s wrong how can be the end be right?

Second thing you take JI as IJT in many places which is also not correct. Both the groups have their own governing bodies, councils, shoora, aims and objectives, even the flag is different unlike other party-owned-student-group.

It is not dictatorship which killed NSF DSF but the people of Pakistan who rejected Nationalism and thus rejected NSF/DSF. So, your cry over this matter seems crocodile tears to me.

Another thing, I can not find the official military wing of Thunder squad, however I can find Al Badar officially recognized by JI, so its seems Thunder squad is a lie while Al Badar is authentic, which fought in the East Pakistan against pro indian Mukti Bahni.

IJT still opposes Zia's action for banning the student unions, it was IJT from which Zia was afraid so banned the total student union.

And above all, the title seems awkward, the rise and "fall" ? Lets take a look at the whole country student politics, we can see IJT all over Pakistan (still now) but APMSO only in Karachi and PSF in KPK while MSF enclosed in Lahore, so IJT was not at fall, in my point of view it is still the largest growing student group, even in the Musharraf era when he openly supported the Nationalist movements we can see IJT had yet made a place in the hearts of people.

Ghulam Azam, We are ashamed…

An aged personality with white beard and bright face on wheel chair because he is so weak to walk on his own feet, this is Ghulam Azam the former Ameer of Jamat Islami Bangladesh in prison due to alleged war crimes. The crimes he is might be proud of, because it has been done for the unity of the Muslim Ummah and against the opressors and invasors. 
Ghulam Azam was from a religious family completed his education from Dhaka university and was the general secretary of the student union. He was a part of the Bengali Language movement which was arise after 1948 death of Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, for which he was arrested and his job from the university teaching was dismissed due to the trials. Azam was an active member of the Tablighi Jamat at that time and lead as an Ameer of the organization from 1952 to 1954. In 1954 he was influenced and inspired by the teaching and ideology of Maulana Syed Abul Aala Maudoodi and joined Jamat Islami, soon got the Rukniyat and rose up to the upper level of Jamat Islami and in 1957 he became the General Secretary. He became the Ameer of the Jamat Islami in 1961 till the 1971 war broke out after which he can’t come to his country back but he came back as a result of his utmost struggle. He was in West Pakistan when the war broke out and the Bangladeshi independence was announced, he was in aeroplane heading to East Pakistan but due to the incident the aeroplane was turned to Saudi Arabia. War in East Pakistan had started and the Mukti Bahni which was supported openly by India was fighting against Pakistani army and creating riots and bad situation all over the Bangladesh. Many reverted militants of Mukti Bahni told that they also did illegal activities in Pakistani army uniform to make over a bad face of Pakistani army. 
Before the independence Ghulam Azam criticized many times the actions of Pakistani army and their uncontrolled military operation in East Pakistan but it was not published due to strict sensor on the newspapers at that time.
The time when there was war in the East Pakistan the Mukti Bahni terrorist keep on killing the non-Bengalis and Beharis, there were dead bodies spread all around and everyone was afraid to even help them to bury, at that time it was Jamat Islami’s Shanti Committee which started welfare works and collecting and burying the dead bodies of those who are brutally murdered on the roads.
Ghulam Azam came to Bangladesh on Pakistani passport on a visit visa, and file a complaint that he must be given the Bengali nationality because he belong to that land by birth, he won the case in Supreme Court and was granted the nationality, after which he started the political struggle of Jamat Islami.
January 2012, he was arrested along with other leaders of Jamat Islamic in accusation to the war crimes by the International Crimes Tribunal alleged to be done crimes against humanity in 1971. Later he was sent to Dhaka Central Jail as the court refused the appeal for the bail, he was then transferred to the hospital and continually kept in hospital prison due to his bad health condition. Her wife Afifa Azam has said that his weight is decreased to three kilograms in the last month due to adverse care in the hospital. It is a violation of the human rights that he is not cared properly in the hospital despite notified.
As the war crimes referring to it are actually the actions he took to keep united the East and West Pakistan in the adverse situation, he did for the betterment of Pakistan and the Muslim Ummah. The actions referring as the war crimes are the actions taken for the stability of the two nation theory. The government of Pakistan should take action and request the government of Bangladesh for ceasing the false allegation on the living legend. Also all the Islamic and patriotic organization of Pakistan should pressurize government of Pakistan to take action and raise their voices for the noble cause. This is the least we can do for our Mohsin.
